I have been married for 24 years. We separated once for almost a year and reunited, not due to love, but for him to learn how to build a loving relationship with our daughters. He was the work, bring home the check and wife do the rest type of person. His lack of involvement with the girls and family issues caused energy and mental drainage. My daughters support my decision. Two are now maried and two are at home. My husband is not receptive to my leaving but says if its going to make me happy and feel better then he will not oppose.
