I cant handle it when my boyfriend talks to other girls, i dunno y cuz i completely trust him.
I think its cuz ive never trusted any1 else that its just habbit now. ive been with james for 2years, im so happy with him but i just cant stop being jealous.

He never really does talk to them, im being such a ... freaking out over nothing,, i need help!

Jus read the tread and i'm the same i'm quite a jealous person and wish i could just relax abit, sometimes i think i need help too lol

I think what has made me worse is that afew months back my boyfriend and i broke up cos he didnt know what he wanted and we werent getting on, he had become friends with this girl that he worked with and had been txting and talking to her on the phone. I was heart broken over this but he was very honest with me and told me everything. He never cheated on me and realised that after a week apart he did want a future with me.

Everything has been fine since but i still think about it and think it has def made me worse.

Not sure what i can do to relax and just forget, what do you do when you freak out?

hiya ive knwn my bf 4 a year on the 24th nov but ive known him 6years.
I am 2 jealous even wen some1 txts him i say "whos that" he doesnt get mad at me cus he understands y few ov my exs included my lil lads dad cheated.
Hes so laid back tho.
im happy with him aswell and know he would never do anything like cheat cus hes ex cheated on him with is best mate.
ii also freak out at nothing.
i really dont know y we do it it might be cus we just want them all 2 our selfs lol.
the gals round my area r not nice some ov them and will try 2 take ur bfs just cus they think they can so that could b my reason.
