well i always loved the splitting bamboo and the lotus [both mentioned already] in both you can maintain the eye contact and have your hand relatively free to do what you wish

There's one called "Splitting of a Bamboo" where you lie down and place one of you legs over your partner's shoulder and the other leg on the bed and then you alternate between the two legs... do yoou see what I mean? I fund that position is nice without being too difficult!

my boy and me have had some great fun experimenting!!
we really like the sphynx, the lotus and the snail...
can't say i mind too much really, as long as i can feel him deep inside!!
