Just wondering if any of the ladies have had significant results from Kegel Exercises? I know it can do wonders for pregnacy, but I have also been told its great for tightening up. Let me know! Thanks!

not only does it do wonder for pregnancy. but when you do it while you are having sex it really turns your partner on cuz they can feel the muscles squeezing them. and yes it does work for tightning up
