I don't orgasm. And I "dry out" quickly. I've tried mastabation, my boyfriend hits all the hot spots, and sex doesn't get me there either. But I think I know why.

I looked around on the net (the gold mine for imformation too embarassing to ask anyone about ) and I think its because it's due to poor blood flow of the clitoris. I have all the other side effects of poor blood circulation, so I'm certain this is why.

Does anyone know what I can do to improve it without resorting to drugs?

i hate to can your idea but i dont think it really is your problem....after all anywhere on the body that you rub-even with poor circulation- you will bring blood to it- so im guessing that even if you do have poor circulation a bit of friction should be getting the blood where you want it....try some lube-if youre dry youre not going to enjoy sex and therefore you wont orgasm....and maybe try just really spending time getting to know your body- with your fella too-and just explore sensations and not try so hard-just enjoy-good luck i hope you get it sorted
