I have been with my fiance for nearly 3 years now and sex was no problem up until just over 1 year ago when I started suffering with post traumatic stress!

I went trhough some rough times 4 years ago when I was in an awful relationship where my boyfriend raped me and mentally abused me.

When i met my fiance sex was no problem until 2 years on when I started having flash backs and cried everyday for 1 year. During that time we didn't have sex as I couldn't cope with the flash backs. I was seeing a therapist during this time and as I started to cope we tried to have sex but it hurt 2 much.

I went to the nurse and she said I was badly bruised down there and badly scarred which was causing the pain. I didn't understand how it was hurting 2 years after the rape so she gave me some cream to help stop the pain. It didn't help at all and when we try and have sex it burns.

It's as though I'm tight but many times I have got him to (i know this sounds horrible) tear me open by shoving it in. Once we got deep but then the burnign sensation came and I couldn't help but cry.

We have tried lubracants and stuff but nothing helps.

What can we do!?

I want to have sex with him so bad but it physically hurts 2 much and I can't cope!

In my opninion, you don't have any physcial problem which can cause your burns, so I think it's just your mind who thinks that it's burning. Try to go to a psycologist and go on with your therapy.

Rather then having sex why not try doing other things for a bit to help you get used to it more and more and slowly build up what you do dont just try have sex and hope it will be ok work up to it.
