I find vosene shampoo makes my dark hair a lot shinier but I'm not too keen on the smell of it! Also the classic tips....rinsing vinegar through after shampoo & conditioning (and rinse it out again so you don't smell like a chippy lol) and using cold water on the last rinse which helps seal the cuticles....these really do make a difference x

A tiny amount of Coconut Oil worked through the lengths works wonders at adding shine and eliminating frizz. It also helps condition the hair too, and is a great alternative to shine serums, which like somebody said, can make the hair dull.
You can use any oil for this, including Olive oil, Avocado oil, Jojoba Oil.
I find the Coconut oil is slightly lighter though, so doesnt weight the hair down if you use a tiny bit.

You can also buy big cans of hair shine nourishing spray from Aphro Carribean shops, which have these oils as a base. xxx

Tigi is fantastic... S FACTOR gives excellent shine... what are you using at the moment ... because alot of high st brands contain silicon which eventally makes your hair dull x
