"Annoying dark hair ! "

Hiya everyone.

My hair colour is dark brown, infact its that dark i would say its almost a shade from black. this has bothered me alot since i past my teens really because im dark haired the hair on my arms and legs are alot darker and thicker than normal ladies would have. i sorted my arms by havin them bleached sends them blonde and very thin. But i dont no what to do about my legs i currently shave but its makes them thicker and grows back within 2-3 days i cant use hair removal creams as im illergic and i dont like the idea of waxing, i've been told about hair lazer treatment i just wondered has anyone had or heard of this and is it sucessful also any different ideas to my problem?? And one last thing i would like to have my hair ( on my head) died to a lighter brown apparently this is hard for my hairdresser to do, do i need to ask her 2 bleach it 1st? Please help and give any advice to what u can thanks alot x

What about using an epilator? I've heard they're painful but work wonders and leave your legs smooth for a few weeks. Kat x
