"Epilator" Posted by jb8282 29 September at 18:43
I know someone else said they tried an epilator and it hurt too much, but I use one and it's great! It was a bit painful the 1st time, but just make sure you pull the skin tight. It's really efficient (I tweeze if I miss any!) and the hair takes longer to grow back and is much softer then before. I'd never shave under there - comes back far too jaggy. I'm a total epilator convert - used to wax but find the epilator so much quicker and easier. You also get special packs with some of them to that you can cool the skin before epilating (so it's less painful). Give it a shot!

"Underarm hair removing" Posted by norjones 5 September at 17:03
What I do is to pull as close to the skin as possible. Maybe you can also try warming the skin before waxing? In my opinion, best solution for underarm hair would be laser

"I would go to a beauty salon first...." Posted by natzcatz 28 August at 19:49
Hi there,
I would go to a beauty salon first as they are the best ones to give advice, you can also see how its done and what the best product would be for you.
Sounds painful though... I tried epilating my underarms and that was really painful!

"Underarm hair length" Posted by kittiekat2 30 August at 10:10
Hi, I wanted to get my underarm hair waxed last time I went to the beautician's but the hair wasn't long enough. I'd left it to grow for about a week but the beautician said it needs to be left for at least 2 weeks. Now the thought of leaving it to grow for 2 weeks doesn't appeal to me so I went back to shaving even though I practically have to tend to it every day
So my advice: Make sure your hair is long enough if you're going to wax it!
