hey, you should definitely remove them permanently. razor is not a way out here, because they'll grow back very soon and you'll have many problems while dealing with them. here's an artcile about hair removal, see for some more information: http://www.jurgita.com/articles-id2435.html

Hi, I had problem hair in most places. I have finished my laser hair removal treatments now and only have a few very thin hairs come through about every 4 months. I shave my legs 2-3 times a year. I did try an IPL machine and didnt see much difference but one treatment with the lightseer machine it looked like about 50% reduction afer just one treatment.They offer a free consulation and test patch. if you think you have too much arm hair, than its probably best if you either have them waxed (proffessionally) or purchase a very good hair removal creme
