Try laser hair removal. Its brill for shaving bumps. This is where I went and it was fantastic. Run by doctors who know what they are doing:

I cant understand it and Id love to know how to get rid of it!!! Any ideas, or recommending products please, I dont want to go through another summer wearing sleeved tops or cardis with vests again
