"Ask your ps " Posted by ellabells 26 August at 14:39
I was told to wear mine in the day but not at night, as mine are riding quite high at the moment.
But, everyone is different. Some of the PS tell you not to wear one at all. Don't forget that if you started off saggy, you will need more support afterwards than if you started off flat and are now very tight and high. It's down to your PS to tell you the right thing for you.
Good luck and hope your boobs are looking fab!

"I've become quite attached to mine!! lol!!" Posted by jedm 24 August at 12:43
Oh hun.. you really need to pop that sports bra back on!! It helps with the healing / swelling / positioning etc etc and it certainly helped me feel more comfy in it! I felt like everytime I took it off to have a shower, my new additions were gonna fall on the floor!
However now, I'm 6 weeks post op, and I cant bring myself to take it off!! Its like its become my comfort blanket!
Hope u get to love yours! xx

"Wear bra!" Posted by inx5 23 August at 12:34
it' s really important to wear the bra as it helps with positioning as well as with the healing process. It's only a few weeks - think of the coming years where you will be able to wear gorgeous lingerie all th time!

"Get it back on lol" Posted by hollergrafik 23 August at 12:18
It has to do with them settling into place while the pockets heal, by not wearing it you run the risk of uneven healing and them dropping into the wrong place. I had the elyzea bra for 2 weeks before I went and got different sports bras from Asda. I wore a hidden support vest top at night. Dont risk ruining your boobs just over a few weeks in a scratchy bra hun x

why not go to marks n sparks and buy a different sports bra, one that doesnt squash them so much? i felt the same, really uncomfotable and went n got a couple of new bras. £18, seamless and way more comfy eyt supported, it might be that youre wearing the wrong size too, i had a 32C sports bra but needed a 34C )
