I'm home and have my BA story to tell....

As most of you know I had a BA last year and was told 230cc high profile unders were the biggest I could go, I've been unhappy and wanted bigger all year so had a re-op today!

I was up at 6am this morning to be at Manchester Lifestyle hospital for 7:30am. My mum took some 'before' photos... and I can't believe how wonky my right boob always was!! So panic sets in!! Ca this be fixed?? Will it look worse?? I was shown to my room at 7:45am and was feeling really nervous about the end results!

I had a choice between 340cc, 380cc and 410cc so I decided to go for the 410cc high profile. The surgeon said he thought they were a good choice and said any bigger will look too big for my frame, so I was more than happy to go for 410's.

He noticed my wonky right boob straight away as he was drawing on me, and my nipples were alot higher than what they should be, so he explained in so much detail how he was going to make the pocket in my boobs and told me exactly what he was going to do during my op and asked if I was ok with it! I never got told anything of the sort before my first op last year! I asked about having overs and he said I could have overs if I wanted, but said although I have implants already I still don't have an awful lot of breast tissue. I was happy to go for unders again after speaking to him in detail.

I asked him if I would be in lots of pain when I woke up and he kind of giggled and said "no, course not!" I thought he was making a joke and being sarcastic and wasn't looking forward to that tight feeling at all!!

I waited in my room until 10:45am, was in my gown and paper panties ready to go! At 11am I was taken down and lay on the bed just outside the operating theatre while they put me to sleep, the next thing I know I was being woken up!! I was so tired with the anaesthetic and also because i hardly slept a wink last night! I kept drifting off whilst being wheeled back to my room and the nurses were giggling at me as I did a great big snore and woke myself up!! Oops!

By 12noon I was in my room and can honestly say I couldn't feel any pain!! My teeth were chattering a little bit with the anaesthetic, but this stopped within about 20 minutes. I had a snooze for half an hour and then woke up take a peek at my new babies and oh my god... absolutely fantastic!!!

I had no drains, no bruises, just dressings on my scars. I could move around surprisingly easy and thought how strange, I couldn't move at all last year! I ate a lovely tuna sandwich followed by icecream at 2pm. The surgeon came in and said he was really pleased with how everything went and I said, "why aren't I in any pain???" He said "I told you that you wouldn't be!" What a miracle worker!! I could have kissed him I was that happy!!

I was lay in bed so happy, watching tv and reading magazines, I kept popping off to the toilet to have a peek at my boobies! The nurse then came in my room and put my sports bra on for me at 4pm and I was told I could have my tea at 5:30pm and go home at 6pm! I had melon to start, steak medallions with fresh veg and potatoes for my main, and chocolate icecream for dessert! Yum.

During my stay I didn't have one painkiller. My parents picked me up at 6pm, I was given painkillers just in case plus my antibiotics. I was home by 6:30pm and wizzed my sports bra off for my mum to take some 'after' photos! I am sat at my computer now feeling absolutely great, I can't understand why I'm not sore? Maybe re-op's don't cause as much pain? Or maybe my surgeon is a secret magician!! None the less I am absolutely thrilled and can't wait for your opinions!

So, there's my BA story! I am now 11 hours post op and have uploaded photos for you lovely ladies to have a look at.

Hi everyone, im really unhappy about my boobs, i had them done only 5 days ago, they advised me to have 295cc ultra high profile unders that would take me to a c/d, i have had a peek today and they look so small, im gutted i wasted all that money. does anyone know if i can get a re-op?? how much would it cost me? im worried they arnt big enough and i was told they would be fine, dispite originally being adised on the 265cc, i decided on the day to go for the 295's. Please help as im in tears!!!!xx

Sorry I have not replied sooner but have been very busy and only now just catching up.

Had a look at your pics and they are absolutely beautiful and fabulous. Though I thought your look before was still great but I can understand about you opting for a re-op and now they are perfect along with your figure. Thanks so much for private messaging me and letting me have a look at your pics. Hope recovery is going well and congratulations, you must be over the moon.

Bet you can't wait to get to the shops and throw on some clothes (anything will look good on you now even a dusbin bag!!!! - wish I was your age).

Thanks so much for letting me see your pics, all i can say is wow! They really look amazing. Im having 330 Unders with THMG, I know mine wont be as big but if they look anything like yours I will be happy xx

but as you can see by my posting i am planning a tummy tuck and have been recommended dr ondrejka by harley medical group in manchester and am now getting little concerned that only feedback i am getting about this surgeon is for breast surgery which he is obviosly very good at
but now asking myself will he be best person for tummy tuck

I would be interested to know how small you were before and to see what the 230's looked like also, I am 8'5lb, around 5'3" and a size 8/10, 31 ribcage so it would be really interesting to hear your stats and see your results.

Thanks for letting me see them. They are fab. You hace the look that I was after, mine are more natual looking, they looked fab before the re-op but now are amazing. Congrats.
