Hi, just wondered what you all thought about this comment from my surgeon to be!

I asked whats the largest size you would put in?
His reply was above!
I am having unders
I am quite muscular but slim,5f10 neally,11 stone,size 12,36a i think ( thought i was a b, but surgeon didnt! )
At the time said i wanted to be a d or dd, he recommended max i should go 365cc.
After reading sooooo many posts about size, i really do not to be diserpointed.

I think i want to go bigger then i first thought, but what do think he means?

I was thinking of asking 410cc but now i am thinking of asking to go bigger again! But what does silly mean!!
Also any advice to achieve some sort of cleavage, some ba`s look so far apart,i really dont want that outcome iether!

Make sure you see at least three surgeons, consults are normally free and see what they say. This guy may be right, but he could just be conservative in his sizing. Also, make sure when they recomend the size to you you ask what is your estimation on size. Lastly, If all three surgeons say that is to big, I would listen, I know alot of girls on here say go as big as you can but that means as big as the surgeon will let them. You do not want to have any problems because of the size i.e stretch marks, cc, rippling, bottoming out.... so just get some more opinions and then decide

I think it would be easier if it was an exact science, but everyone seems to come out different, i really do not understand it!
Been on this forum for months and there seems to be so many outcomes in size, it make for very confussing reading.

is that depending on the make, they are all different sizes. Even if the same make - if its a different profile again, the actual size is different; ie:

PIP 350cc high profile is 126mm wide and 44mm projection
Inamed 340c high profile is 115mm wide and 43mm projection
Nagor 340cc high profile is 123mm wide and 40mm projection

(all taken from the just breast implants website - http://www.justbreastimplants.com/implants/implant_specifications.htm)

and even though you're talking a few millimeters only, it does make a difference. Also, the wider the diameter of the implant, chances are you'll need to go for a bigger cup to accommodate the wider curve of the breast.

Lots of factors that will determine the final outcome.

hi hin would def go bigger being a 36 back size you could pull it off. i m a 30 back size and had 380s and mine are not even that big
