| Thread started by: | "Advice needed - transform - breast enlargement " Posted by tanya200821 8 September at 19:26
Hello, Really hope people can help, I can loads of questions
I am looking at getting Breast Enlargement, with Transform Medical, I have recentley had a consultation with Dr P Clarke who I thought seemed very experienced, but I just wanted to know if he had done anyone elses? If so what were the results like?
I wound also be interested in hearing about other Transform surgeons And your experience with Transform on a whole.
Im a size 8, with 32A Boobs, however to make things a little more difficult, my right boob is slightly bigger than my left, and Transform have advised me to have two different implants, has anyone else had two different implants fiited, if so how did that go?? Im very worried as I dont know if to go with two different implants or if to have two of the same, I just dont want to come out looking worse, because with my bra on, noone would notice the differce in size. please advise!!!! pulling my hair out
Also in my consultation I was certain about getting implants under my muscle, but know Im not sure, could anyone please advise on there experice. I dont know if this is correct but I thought under muscle would look more natural and over look less natural, im confused!!!!!
I look forward to anyhelp
Thanks
Tanya

Hi I had Mr Calrke about 5-6 months ago at Abbey Pines. Would recommend Mr Clarke 100%, he is a lovely mannered man and very gentle. I buise if someone pokes me and I didnt have a single bruise!! Small neat scars and no infections etc. Have seen him since my op for follow ups and he has always been really nice. Abbey Pines was great too, nurses great and very clean...hope this helps! x

This is my story with Mr Singh at Transform. Sorry it's so long!
I wouldn't worry about different sizes lovely, it's common practice for the surgeon to use a bigger implant in the smaller boob.
I've had 340 overs, I was a 32A, 27 in ribcage before the op and now I'm a 32D. I'm only 11 days post op so still waiting on final measurement. I preferred them as I didn;t want the distortion that unders could bring.

If there is only a minimal difference in your breast sizes i would have thought you'd have the same sized implant in both? as i thought its only with significant differences (almost a cup size or more) where they use different sizes. haha i was told the same like you i thought id definately only be allowed unders but overs were reccomended! if your boobs are spaced further apart than perhaps he wants you to have overs so you'll find it easier to create a cleavage?

Hi Tanya
I had my Ba with Mr Clarke 16 wks ago now....carnt belive it only feels like yesturday!!! I had it done at the Abbey Pines Hosp.. Manchester.
I carnt fault Mr Clarke...he's the nicest man you could meet...in his field anyway...and i meet a few before deciding!!! He's honest and guides you all the way...he told me what to have (not much breast tissue to start with) and they have turned out how he said they would!!!
He did a fantastic job....i had unders 340cc's and went from a 32a...to a 32d...so loving my new boobies!!
Everyone who's seen them including Mr Clarke have said how natural they look!!(i saw Mr Clarke Last Friday)..i've no round blobs just nice firm natural looking breasts!! The pain for me was'nt that bad...took Co-Codamol for first few days...other than that it was just a case of getting used to them.
I'm back at the gym now (was 2wks after...just light work) doing everything i was before...Body pump...running...combat....har dcore arobics...you name it i'm doing it!!
I would say on my experince...put your trust in Mr Clarke!! Hope this helps!!

Hi
Soz about latr reply only just logged again...
I paid £4,000 apart from £50 they gave me back for my husband to stay in Hotel...
The after care's great (5 yrs of it).....thats one of the reasones i went with them....they ring you the day after you come out to make sure your ok...and you've got all you need (painkillers)....then six days later your back to see the nurse...she removes dressing...trims stitches...and if everything ok....you make another appointment to see her again....and then after that its mr clarke. As i'm happy with my boobs i dont have to see Mr Clarke now for a year(unless things change in between...i can give them a ring and they will get me in straight away).
I hope this helps....i've known other people who are in and out seen once and thats it....so i think there quite good!!!

not been with transform but its quite normal if you have 1 breast bigger or smaller than other to put different size implants in, so dont worry this is normal, as for unders and overs unders do look more natural but again this depends on your breast tissuse, your surgeon will know if he has suggested overs then they would be more natural for your frame and tissue , good luck lisaxx
