I had 335 high profile overs taking me from B cup to FF... but I did have a fair bit of breast tissue to start with.

I was a small c ... I had 385cc partials ... now measure an F .... I'd say you need upwards of 385cc .... probably a 410cc or even a 450cc would be better ... also, depending on your back size ... consider profiles too ... if you are only tiny, for instance a 30 / 32 back size ... then maybe go for a moderate or high profile for more projection, as opposed to width ... good luck xx

... or a 36A, and had 360cc anatomical unders two weeks ago. I'm crammed into a 36D sports bra at the moment but it feels like it's too small now; my breasts seem to be starting to get bigger. I've a DD sports bra that is now just fitting, whereas a week ago it was too big. My surgeon said to expect a cup size between D and E. I was measured the other day and came out as an F, but that doesn't seem right and I'll just have to wait a while to see what size they settle into for "proper" bras. I don't know if any of this is helpful to you, as your frame and amount of fat also have an effect on the size and look - I'm a size 12 on the top half, weighing about 50kg. I think on a slimmer frame my bust would look far bigger while still a D/DD cup size. As it is, they look nicely in proportion and I'm really happy with them.

I was a 34b pre op & had 400cc anatomical overs 3months ago & am a 34e now everywhere except for lasenza where im a 34f. Lasenza do come up a bit small though in all of their bras! I dont think i look that size though & definately couldve handled another 50-100cc's more. I wore a 36dd sports bra with a bra extender for the first couple of weeks due to the swelling but got measured professionally about a month later & was told 34e.

Everyones different but around the 400cc mark seems to get most girls to an e at least from a b cup.
