just something the surgeon who i had said, and im not to sure what to think about it! i currently have 460 and i was looking around to have 600-650 most probably 600 as 650 sounds big not sure, but what the surgeon said if you are wanting to go bigger then would origanlly 140g made a difference, which obiously he was saying that it wouldnt have done, 140g wouldnt make a difference if you had that in the first place would it? so i think people who are wanting to go bigger need at least 200g if not more to make a noticable difference? and only then it would be slight difference? do you agree? going by 140g difference by what the surgeon said?

I had a re-op from 230's to 410's and they look loads bigger! A 600cc implant is huge and from 460 i'm sure it will look alot bigger! Depends how big you want to go at the end of the day. x

hey,
i had my second BA done 8 days ago now - it was due to a rupture but both implants were replaced.
i only went 110cc's bigger (i went from 330 rounds to 440 anatomicals) and i already notice the difference! when i cup them they feel much bogger and more "delicious" (couldn't find a better way to put it!) and they look bigger too!
i'm very happy. i have been told that about 150cc will take you up abother sup size.
maybe shop around - most places give free consultations so see what a couple of places suggest! and also what all the ladies here can suggest.
Good luck!
Vic xx
