You are in safe hands. I went with Dr Ondrejka in July with the Harley Medical Group. I was told he was the best, and he definately didn't let me down. He is very careful, he considers the consequences. He discussed sizes with me when we first had our consultation, he listened to me and he looked at the pictures on what I was aiming for. His English was quite broken, but I could hear what he was telling me, and he gave me a sense of security.

I had 430cc implants (high profile overs). The pics are from 3 weeks, and now I am 9 weeks post op and they have changed again. For me, I am delighted with my result. I had dr ondrejka in March, I went with Harley Medical & had the op at the Manchester Lifestyle hspital.

I am very happy with the results, very fine scar lines less than 2in. He seems to like a natural look and won't give a large implant if he dose not think will look good.

So far I can't fault him or HMG as I have always been very helpful

I even changed my mind on size a few days before and he said it was fine

I'm 8 days post op, and just had 375 high profile unders with Dr Ondrejka, and I can't recommend him enough - what a fantastic surgeon!!
I was soo worried before my op, right up to when they took me down to the theatre, but I had my bandages off yesterday , the scars are so small and neat and I'm really pleased!!
I had heard he was good before I had my op and after seeing my new boobs I can't recommend him enough.
I'll be posting my before and after pics this week, so keep a look out for them!! If you have any questions let me know!

im so pleased you are happy with yours , i will look forward to seeing your picks , what was your stats b4 , im not sure if i should push 4 a bigger cc i just dont want to be upset if they are not as big as i would like them 2 be, buti dont want them to look 2 fake i like the more naturel look xx not sure what to do

My stats before was 34B, but I've had two kids and lost over two stones in weight, so they were pretty flat! I had the maximum size Dr Ondrejka would give me (really caring surgeon - he wasn't going to put anything in that wasn't going to work), and he took into consideration that I wanted a natural look too, which is why we agreed on 375 unders, also I had lost so much volume that I had high profiles.
At the moment I'm a very unnatural shape (boobs stuck out like headlamps), but as my muscles get used to the implants, and as the implants themselves will drop, I can't wait for natural looking full boobs! I'm 34D at the moment, but unders do get bigger, so I dont know what size I'll be in the end!

thats great thank you .. im 34b and had 3 children im having unders and have chosen 310cc but i think i might be better getting bigger , what do you think? i cant wait to see your pics x x x

dawn have you looked at S4r4h6 picturetrial? SHe is on here showing some updated pics from her ba with DR Ondrejka. Her boobs look fab! I think her password is newboobs. Just look down the discussion list at the names and you will see her.

same as you hun. I still dont know what size to go as im prob a 32d now but lost volume due to losing weight and giving birth. I will find out tomz have my consultation with hm x

hi hun what did dr say today i was at the hmg today and the nurse let me see him again about my worries im so glad i saw him as he has said that ultra high profiles will be best 4 me and to go 4 405cc unders i feel much better now... How are you feeling , whats your date 4 the op?

well it turns out i have to have the uplift and the ba! I didnt really want to but even if he put the biggest size in he said they wouldn't lift them properly. So, im having 330cc high profile overs. im a 32 d or dd now, so hoping for an e, do you think it will be or slightly bigger? Do you know how to work out your sizes? Looks like i will have scars but im defo using the creams and potions. What time were you there today? I got there for about 3ish. Did you hear the fire alarm?

DR Ondrejka is lovely, so i sure we will be fine. Im in on the 22nd oct, your th 24th arent you? Make sure you stay intouch though cos if we can't do anything else after the op we can chat on line at least!!

Got no idea how to work out sizes cant help u there. Im just puttin my trust in Dr Ondrejka. I was there at 11.45 so wasnt therre when alarm went off. Cant wait for the op to come. Are you feelin nervous, i am lol.
