My Ps said i could sleep without the sports bra at 3 weeks but must wear it all day until 6 weeks. To be truthful i felt very lost without my sports bra and didn't feel comfortable sleeping without it, i think i was about 10weeks or maybe longer before i stopped wearing it for bed!!! I'd give them a ring and ask when u can sleep without it as different ps say different things.

Hi can anyone tell me when we are able to stop sleeping in our bras is when we hit 6 weeks and stop wearing the awful sports bra?

I was told 6 weeks love, i have gone bra less a couple of nights but now i got em i want to look after em so prefer my sports bra at nights.

I am almost four weeks post op and have started to sleep with it off, my surgeon said as long as it is comfortable it is ok, I even am sleeping on my front and side, he also said I do not have to wear my sports bra unless I need it and can wear normal bras as long as it is comfortable!!!

I believe it's about 6 weeks post op .... but to be honest .... I'm 6 mths post op, and still wear mine .... but that's just my personal preference
