My ps said i would get a much better result with a lift, i was only 27 at the time and said No i really don't want that, i was also boarder line a lift. I had 340 unders and ended up with DB and had to have a re-opp so had the 340 unders moved to overs. I am happy with my Boob's now, but must say its my biggest regret not getting the lift in the 1st place as i know i will need one in the future and that means more money and another opp. I hope this helps, Anna x

I am absolutely torn weather to get a lift or not, I know I should listen to the surgeon but I wont see him until the op but his advisor said I need a full anchor lift. I did the online test for sagging and according to that I have 'no sag' as my nipples are above the crease of my breasts. I dont want to have it done and end up with no sensation in my nips and big scars for nothing when implants would do just as well. I am an empty 34b getting 460cc but am going to ask for bigger (I think 525cc is biggest stocked size) x

Hi hun - I was on the borderine too - was advised to go up a bit in my chosen implant size to fill everything out and raise the mipple a bit and it would be OK. However, it is a fine line between going a bit bigger to fill out what is there, and going too big which could result in the extra weight dragging the boob down further...
You have already seen my pics, empty b, had 335 overs, now FF - that is plenty big enough for me, in fact a lot bigger than I had intended but like you I didn't want the lift if I could avoid it so went with recommendation and I am delighted.
Discuss your concerns clearly with your PS's advisor - get a second opinion elsewhere if necessary.

I was borderline needing a lift too. I was a 34b/c so my surgeon gave me 365cc Ultra high profiles over. At first they were really high up but as the weeks went by they started to drop and now 4 1/2 months on they look really natural with a nice slope.
I always wear a bra though as I don't want them to drop any more.
I do realise, maybe in 10 years or so I might need a lift, however, I'll be 56 by then so naturally they would have a degree of sag anyway so I am not that bothered.

i was border line lift ..... had 465cc overs and no lift ...my nipples are perfect and even if they drop a little more i still prefer a natrual look than the scars and risk of infection.....i was a 32b and they are big enough aand they are big so i wud watch 525 it will look very false and tight, had mine dun 6th oct thg and they look gr8.

I would go with what you were advised hon. I have been advised I need a lift to one boob only and I'm defo gonna have it. Also, the bigger the implant the more chance of sagging later on, so you are best to have it done now if you need it. Save a re-op later on and more expense.

it's early days for me - i had 320 anatomical overs last thurs - but at my last consultation my ps advised that for women with enough breast tissue, you get more uplift from anatomicals as you get more projection in the 'lower pole' . i am very happy so far. i'm 43 and was an empty d cup. boobs now look considerably younger.... x

hi hun, if you only have small amount of sagging then why don't you ask him if you can have the lift i had, the benelli (doughnut) lift. its just a cut all the way round the nipple so scaring is minimal. i only had mine a week ago and am so happy wih it. even if he says you do need a full anchor lift i'd say do it hun, esp with size implant your having, it would be such a shame for you to have lovely big boobies and then you not be happy and wish you'd had the uplift and then have to go through another op to have it eventually anyway. through looking at peoples pics,it seemsthat most scars heal so well now that give it a yr or so and you more than likely won't see the scars anyway. good luck with what ever you choose hun, so many decisions to make!! lol i've pm'd you my details to see my pics kelly xxxx
