I've been reading through all the threads and people seem to think that Mr's Singh and Khan are good.

Do they operate in London? If so I may ask to be referred to one of them instead of a Mr Meleagros who seems to be a gastro-intestinal specialist so God knows what he'd do to my boobs.

I'm 5'6" 10 stone and currently am sporting a pair of far from magnificent 36B's. (Used to bigger but my children ate them!) I think I'd like to go to a D or maybe a DD as I have quite a big frame. Anyone got any suggestions re size of implants etc. and whether DD might be too big?

Any advice would be great as I don't know anyone who has had this done so feel a bit lost.

I went with Mr singh i was also a 36B i went for 525cc as i use to be a 36D so mr singh said it would fill up what i had before i went to a DD/E i am 5ft 7in size 8/10 and they look fantastic. I wanted to be a D so they always say go 1 size bigger, mind you after the op i was a 36F thats huge and frightening they are going down now i had them done last friday doing well.

Thanks for responding. I rang Transform yesterday and told them I wanted to see Mr Singh, they said there might be a longer wait to see him but it sounds like he's good so worth the wait!

I also used to be a d cup and am thinking of going for dd. I bought a couple of bras yesterday, one 36d and the other 34dd and the did the rice in a bag thing and I have to say that the 34dd looked loads better so thats what I'll ask for I think.

Did you like Mr singh? I'd love to hear how you get on as I am pretty nervous about going under the knife and all that. Let me know how things are.

I am doing great we had my boyfriends kids all weekend i we went shopping round oxford all day and sunday i did full roast for us and ironing, making beds. so i feel great.I would say def go for the DD its a shock when you come round to see them so big after op but thats the swelling i am down to a DD/E now. I also went for in the front implants not natural they look great in clothes.I would wait for mr singh he is good. Also i had mine on top of the muscle which makes a big differance to recovery.

I was the same as you 36B now a 36 E/F depends where i shop.

Size implants i had 525cc high profile by mr singh.

Canterbury is lovely i thought you might of been from Didcot as theres a place near me called didcot.

Can you not get in with mr singh?

Sorry - you had already told me what size you went to.

I saw Mr Singh on thursday, I did feel it was a bit rushed, he was running late so maybe that's why. I'm in the process of losing some weight so I will go back and see him again when I've lost about half a stone, God knows what I'll be left with then! I was looking at 410cc as I'd like to be about a DD. As it was rushed I didn't get a chance to talk to him about profiles, I'm 40 so I think I'll go for a natural shape - that would mean medium profile I suppose.

I was quite dissapointed when I came out from seeing him, he was fairly friendly but I didn't feel reassured and I know that everyone else thinks he's fab. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day!

My partner used to work in Didcot, I just chose something I'd remember as I'm such an airhead since having the kids.

i goin for my 2nd consult with mr singh. he was very charming. there was a long wait, but somehow i managed to get to see him quite quickly as i had train to catch. i was flustered as i didnt want to take up his time but he says. 'my dear i have all the time in the world for you... i believe he is very good and specialise in large implants which is what im looking for. im 5'2 7stones i have 360cc under muscle and now goin 600cc HP over muscle. hopefully take me to 32e or ee.
but i read a post on here which scared me a bit. there a lady mentioned her scars were a mess.
esp a friend of mine, her friend also has wonky, uneven messy scar!
i also have consult. booked next wk for mr badiali from elyzea as i hear he is good too, and half the price.
lastly i wil try mr foo at my breast as i hear alot of good comments about him.
