This is just a forum at the end of the day!! We've come on here to seek other people's opinions. You'd have to be a very silly girl to accept another's advice as the truth or fact. We're just sharing experiences.
All I'll say is that I started out with NOTHING on the chest (a lot of girls say they were/are flat chested but I actually was!) and I had 215 and 245cc and I measure a good 34C. My boobs don't look huge by any account but I am dead happy and yes chanellmarie I totally understand what you're saying about the 300cc girls... At some point after a BA, pretty much every girl goes 'oh mannn I wish they were bigger!!' but after 6 months, you settle down and most girls realise it's for life and that yep maybe a C is better than never being able to jog properly again!
The conflict in this forum is always going to be the natural vs the fake look girls. Some of us just want boobs... some of us have boobs that we don't like... others just want biiiiig boobies. Nobody's in the wrong, you just have to know yourself at the end of the day and try to absorb information as a whole rather than going that bit bigger just because some girl said you MIGHT regret going smaller.
We have far too many choices! So long as you pick a good surgeon, just trust them. Tell them your goals and they can pick the right implant for you. xxxx

"It's ture" Posted by whybirdy 8 November at 13:02
but we are only "guestimating" a size. not even a surgeon could guarantee any certain size. it's just a rough guess, and no one should take it as gospell.

"I agree" Posted by xxsarahxx6 8 November at 12:25
but when i had my second ba i put a post up to ask what size support bra i should get, 4 people replied i think and they were spot on, on the size i needed a 36f as measured for another one few days later so i think people with ba are the boobie experts on here lol BUT at the same time it's not rite most of the time.so i agree its best NOT to get your hopes up about guessing sizes, just aslong as you get the look you want.

I've been reading through posts and many girls going for implants under 300cc are being advised to go bigger, and it's annoying as many of the girls don't wanna be more than a C, people keep estimating and saying oooh yeah a 300cc will take you to a full C... amazing as I know people who have had 230, 245 and ended up DD's and D's! xxx

Hi Chanellmarie, but surely what you are doing is also guesstimating - your just guessing smaller by saying that 230,245 will take you to a D or DD???
It dont think anyone on here would take someones suggestion as gospal and argue with their plastic surgeons suggestion "because a girl on the interent told me different". Its just advice thats all - for someone that me who didnt have a clue the advice offered on here was priceless.
Most of the posts on here are similar, if we not asking what size we'll be, its what shape, or when will they drop, or what shall i pack or when can i smoke......its all relative hun.

Hi, No, I am not guessing at all...I'm saying what an implant size brought people I know too, having said that someone else would require a bigger or smaller implant for the desired size. But when people say oooh yeah go bigger it's not nice for someone who has specifically wants smaller implants, it can cause confusion and make people doubt the size they have chosen,,,,, it's not a nice way too feel....!!
Generally all the girls on here suggest going bigger.... and if you are after bigger implants that's great.. but if your not it's disheartening..... that is all I'm saying.. not that it's not relative or that smaller implants are best.
Dunno why you can't see that

"Im not being rude but..." Posted by emmacee 9 November at 19:26
i dont see what you are saying at all - how is it disheartening? if you want small you want small - if you want big you want big - if you want advice then ask and if you dont then dont ask. i wanted medium andi have medium.
Sorry if i've missed something but the point of putting a post on this forum to ask questions is to get answers. I dont see how some laides answers can be disheartening??? We are all only trying to help from personal experiences and make the process a bit easier.
You mention that you are not guessing - but you are if you say my friend is size X that doesn't neccessary mean the lady posting will be size X if she goes for what you say. its all do with size, build body mass and measurements.
Maybe i have totally missed the pointof this whole post - arn't we both saying the same thing??? Im just pointing out if you suggest what your friends had to get a certain result then you are doing same thing - offering advice - which is exacty what this forumis intended for.

"Maybe you'll get it now" Posted by chanellmarie 9 November at 20:59
It can be disheartening if you someone says i am stuck between 230 and 260, and then someone replies saying if i were you i'd definatly go bigger, even 300....etc.. get it???
I am not guessing anything, i am simply stating the implant used by a friend and the size it has taken her to.. there is no guess there... there is no guess as i'm not suggesting an implant will give anyone a certain size.......
Yes, you have totally missed the point of this post, it's a if you have jumped on the bandwagon as if i'm saying bigger implants are bad.... I am sayng that telling someone who wants 2 achieve a B/C cup or someone who wants smaller implants to go bigger than what they have stated as their options is pointless and confusing... had you re-read my post before saying i was guessing sizes you would see that... and as this post isn't a response to someone asking for size advice I am certainly not guessing at size.
Hope you now understand what i am saying

"No need to be like that" Posted by emmacee 9 November at 21:18
please dont speak to me as if i am stupid. i think you are being a bit rude.
i totally agree that people shouldnt be forced into choosing bigger/ smaller than they wish. But this is a forum for advice. If someone thinks one thing that is different to another - it doesn't make them wrong or right. Its not disheartening hun - its life. People have their own minds. someone who is a size 8 and someone who is a size18 will need very diff implants to reach a certain size. Everyone is different.
its just advice to betaken on board. thats the point of a froum. Not everyone is going to agree all the time (this is an instance)
What im saynig is if people arn't prepared for peoples answers then they shouldn't ask the question. Nobody is forcing anyones hands here it is a place for debate and discussion.
Lets just agree to disagree- if a lady wants advice on here about sizes and she decides to post a question about this - i dont see anything wrong with her getting a variety of answers giving a variety of choices / options / sizes
Like they say variety is the spice of life - if we were all the same wouldn't life be dull

"For f*ck sake" Posted by chanellmarie 9 November at 21:42
Right, emma.... I know what the forum is for, i know people who have felt shitty because they are told to go bigger on here..... you haven't experience feeling disheartened so you do not know how they feel.
Didn't say it was wrong to gice advice but do think it is wrong when people push people to go bigger etc.
You appear to be set in your mind and not open to seeing the situation from another perspective.. mores the pity.
Emma I have spoken to you in the exact context that you've spoken to me... xxxx on the end doesn't make your message more polite and less condesending.

"Please" Posted by emmacee 9 November at 23:00
dont swear at me - i hae been polite in all my messages to you - just because you dont agree with me doesn't give you the right to swear at me. This is a place for civil and polite debate. I have been using this forum for several months and have never been spoken to as rudely as you have tonight.
I would never bully people or push them to have bigger implants than they feel comfortable with - i use this place as somewhere to share sisterhood and make friends (which i have done)
Of course i can see things from another perspective - i wouldnt for a moment force anyone to do anything against their will, i must say in all the time i have been using this site I have never come accross anyone forcing anbody into making decsisions - But people are entitled to their own coments - whether you agree or not.
You dont know me -so how can you suggest i have neverdelt disheartened - Like i said earlier - lets just agree to disagree.
No need to resort to foul language to get your point accross.

Look, I am not swearing at you or saying that you personally force people into choices. I fyou read the original post I said that people should take size advice lightly... for sokme reason you seem to be confused and offended over what I've said. You have been very smarmy with me luv

"Hi" Posted by weichardt 8 November at 15:11
i think it all depends on your size b4 surgery and your bk measurements, but there is no harm in guessing. im only a 34aa and want to be a c/d cup and i have no idea ccs n size implants. so im just counting on a good surgeon to decide 4 me. good luck girls amanda xxx
