hi all, i'm three weeks post ba now, i had disolvable stitches all the way round my nipple (also had benelli lift) at my 2 week check the ps cut off all the knots from the stitches so the rest could just disolve over time. my scars are healing amazing but i've just had a shower and noticed there was one bit still with a small scab on, when i looked closer i can see there is still a knot there, obviously one he missed, i pulled it a tiny bit and its actually quite a big stitch still there, any advice?? kelly xxx

Please don't pull it.... I had full uplift and the stitches do pop through sometimes. When the scab comes off, if it is still there I'd pop back to the clinic and get them to sort it either by trimming it or taking it out.
I went back four times with mine so they could keep trimming the ones that popped through

I am afraid me being me, I would wait till the scab drops off then with sterilised tweezers and scissors I would have to gently pull and cut beneath the knot then gently pull the stitch it should come away nicely (i have done this before). If there is any resistance or if it is sore leave and go to see your nurse at the doctors.
On the other hand, go and see your nurse/doctor and ignore everything I said. I am terrible.....lol
