firstly i hope you get all of this sorted out with THG soon. they do look different after they cleaned your scars. the shape and dimensions seem to have changed. it is hard to say without seeing you in the flesh but yu do really need to pusue this with the company and push them to sort it out for you.
try not to get too down about it. focus on the positive of taking action.
