I would have thought, they will always be slightly visible ..... I'm 7 mths post op ..... mine have faded lots .... but I can still see them if I look for them ...... and I would expect I will always be able to see a slight mark where the incision was made

I dont mean the colour of scar, I mean the positioning of it. If I stand in the mirror I can still see my scars, the implant doesnt seemed to have dropped to cover it in anyway??

Im quite abit ahead of you, im 18 months post op, i had overs with Dr Neuprez, Elyzea. When i was around 5 months post op, (i think), my scars dropped to about just above my crease line, she glued me up and now you cant see the scars at all, if i have a poke about, as ya do lol, you can just make out the very small thin white lines. Hang in there, its very early days for you xx

I may have to have a re-do anyway as I have some problems (other than the scars) I'm wondering if I bring it up with him whether he will be able to do something different if he does have to do re-op? Just to hide them in the crease, maybe a slightly bigger implant may make them drop more? I dont want to go too much bigger though.

I'm 5 months PO, and I can still see my scars. They are beginning to fade slightly, but I think I am just one of those unlucky people whose scares will take months and months to fade But I'm older than most people - I'm 40!
I also had unders.

I've been reading everyones posts and this is the one thing that scares me the most. I dont care too much about the pain and what not but its just the fact that i could be scared for life over being vain.
I've been thinking about having a BA for years, I just dont know if I can go through with it or not. This forum is really helpful though!!

They may never drop enough to cover your scars, depends on how high your scars are. Mine are very high and they will never be covered. They are healing nicely though and fading away, so I'm not worried at all.

No one seems to know the answer to this one. Very worried as I would have thought they would have dropped by now
