I think every companyin the UK is on edge at the moment- if anyone is worried about re ops or planned ops - i wouldnt read too much into them going bust - thesethings do take a lot of time to happen. If they do go bust it is usually the customers that looses out but again if anyone is booked in over the nextfew months, i doubt anything will happen this soon so you should be ok with your procedure x

"Sour grapes" Posted by tinkerbell04 2 January at 19:11
FYI 'The Hospital Group' is what it says, a group specialising in all sorts of procedures, just because you can't get a mortgage extension to fund a boob job, doesnt mean the company is going out of business! I dont work for the hospital group myslef but the 'lady who works / worked there' has a case of sour grapes!

I don't think that can be true, I know some girls that work there and they are not going to be out of work, my opp was 2 weeks ago and I have been back to see the girls at the clinic and there was no talk of going bust. The bad stories don't seem right to me, when I was in hospital it was very busy and as I was leaving more arrived and everyone at breakfast was really happy with there treatment. I would recommend the hospital group to my family and best friend.

I still can not find out how to check if he is qualified - i know he is not a Plastic surgeon in the UK (just a general doctor) but if anyone knows how to check any of the EU databases can they let me know?
He may be qualified somewhere else but i dont know how to check or how to find out what another countries standards are? with most surgeons there are international bodies and european bodies that they also become members of - im struggling with plastic surgeons.

"Did you hear about dr sforsa, he is not a surgeon!!" Posted by jayne1990 2 January at 11:38
hi, i read your strory but I did not hear about thg going bust. I canlelled my operation because I found from anne19809 that a surgeon Mr Sfosa is not a fully qualified surgeon, in fact I checked it out as anne suggested and that was really true! this company employ a cheap surgeon? why he is not qualified? this is awful, and they want us being cut from a butcher?
everybody need to be informed, and I will forward my complain with gmc and health commission as many others doing, about this doctor sforsa

"The writing is on the wall " Posted by debbieb3 27 December at 12:56
well, put it this way. No one thought Woolworth's would just disappear like it did a few months ago. No one would buy its depts and now a store that I used to go in as a kid has gone, they could not even sell it for a pound. lots of people have gone there to buy the goods at cheap prices so when you buy something from the store this weekend who do you go to when it stops working in the 14 day refund policy
The writing is on the wall for The Hospital Group.
