That i actually do believe the men prefer slim women thing ....BUT dont shout at me until i finish!lol. (thats only due to my ... dad who always went on saying id get a fat arse if i ate that...blah blah)
anyway...but i think the bigger factor that influences how man find women attractive is if theyr confident...a man could have the sexiest body in the world to go to bed with but if she wasnt confident about herself then hes not gonna have much fun with her is he? confident women look more sexy than shy ones and obviously this yazmin girl doesnt have much confidence wen it comes to men as she wouldnt feel the need to try and be the perfect body in the first place. she needs a lot of male attention to try make her feel better and obviously trying to belittle people on here also helps her in some weird way.
But i think men find confident women who know what they want a very big turn on...much more so than a slim attractive women who doesnt know how to get what she wants and lets him do all the work.

Your attracted to whoever you are attracted to, simple as!!! Some guys like thin women, others like medium women and others prefer BBW's, it's all down to personal preference at the end of the day.
I think those of you who have stated that men like to look but wouldn't want to settle down with a slim girl are totally wrong, thats just as bad as saying a thin girl is only good for a shag!!!!
personally I think everyone is taking it all to heart, there is no real 'perfect' sized body, its all down to how confident the particular women feel about themselves that can determine attractiveness, you can see a shy girl (whatever size, lets say the 'perfect' 10) and a girl a little bigger but oozing confidence, guys will go for the 2nd girl.

In my own personal experiance a vast majority of the men I have known have much preferred slimmer women (size 8-10) and few have liked girls size 12-14 but at the end of the day as long as the girl is healthy size shouldn't play too much of a part as both bigger AND thinner gorls can both be putting their health at risk, slimmer girls in particular.

I think it also depends on height and other factors, im 5'1 so a shorty and being just over 7 stones i look healthy, a 5'5 girl would look anerexic at that weight lol.

But at the end of the days its not all about looks. Some men like 'affected' women (the ones who love themselves and flick their hair about a lot) although not many... most guys do want a confident woman, but they want her to have her insecurities because men have them too! Nobody wants somebody to be perfect because it makes you look bad!

As for natural confidence, as I say I believe it plays a part but I know a couple of guys who are with really shy/no confidence girls and they adore them because and I quote one of them 'she needs me to make her confident'. Plus some girls shout out that they're great in bed and are very confident and they end up being incredibly boring and useless, then you get girls who are a bit quieter...come across as butter wouldn't melt....who are absolute devils....

Still don't neceessarily agree. What I will concede is that maybe A LOT of men like to see slim women gracing magazines covers, but they are not the women they want to come home to every night. Believe it or not, some men are not terribly confident themselves and are threatened by the slim stunning type... and many more prefer a woman to look like a woman, not some stick insect (no offence to stick insects)

As for the confidenhce thing, again, whilst confidence is undeniably sexy, I do not believe that every man will want their woman to outshine them. Some will, but what of the shy male types out there? They may prefer their ladies to actually reliquish the spotlight and be content with them, without the whole alpha female rigmarole.

What if that average sized shy woman has a compelling intelligence? A beautiful smile? A loving heart? Is a wonderful wife and mother? Had an amazing sense of fun?

Maybe this is going to fall on deaf ears on a cosmetic surgery forum (I hope not, and from what I ahve seen from the majority of posters I don't believe it will) but I would like to think that most men - most decent men - would prefer to base their long term preference (which is entirely different to some chick they may might FANTASISE about shagging and forget the next day) on a lot more than looks and superficial crap like that. Well theres no way of saying what im trying to say then! it is true that a big percentage of men like slim women and its also true that a big percentage like bigger women with more curves.
I did not say they prefer to settle down with slim attractive women, as i also beleieve that men dont really see those women in magazines as their ideal life long partner, they prefer more down to earth girls who have a nice personality etc. i was saying i think generalyy men seem to obviously like looking at these slim women else y would mens magazines be full of them?

this is just coming from my personal experience, but when i was a good size 10, maybe abit bigger, i attracted way more attention, i was also alot more confident back then.im now a size 6, and yes, a small majority of men like my size, but most wouldnt look twice, not because im rough, but because'some' men prefer curves, any by the way yazmin, curves do not always mean size bloody 18! a nice size 10 is also curves, i'd call myself boney and washed out now. i dont choose to be this size, i had depression and severely starved myself and now i live on my constant bad nerves which affects weight. i would die to be a nice size 10.oh and by the way, us girls on here havent had plastic surgery to 'keep' our blokes as you said yazmin, we done it for ourselfs, to give us back our confidence, which by the way, men LOVE whether that be a size 6-20 etc! when they say 'curvy' in mags etc they mean kelly brook i.e bum and boobs. Im slim naturally and im not unpopular! lol. I think all men have different tastes just like us ladies do! x
