if so has it really made them look bigger? im hoping by doing this as i can afford to lose quite abit then boobies will look bigger?

Have replied earlier in this thread and pointed out that I'm doing a detox this week. Have lost 3lbs so far in 3 days, this is what I eat each day.

Morning - porridge made with water and 1 kiwi fruit.
Then I'm off to the gym and do 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs workout and drink a liter of water (I put a handful of goji berries in and one berroc tablet in the water bottle - berroc is an energy tablet and is good for dehydration plus it has vitamins and minerals).

Lunch - One slice of brown bread and a large cup of hot water with lemon and honey.

Evening Meal - Brown rice, veg (preferable green veg) and cod (steamed) followed by another large hot water with lemon and honey plus watermelon and a probiotic drink.

Don't - NO COFFEE, TEA OR ALCOHOL.

Thought you might like to know as this does work for me but must point out that in the first couple of days if you do normally drink tea or coffee you will get headaches as your body is going through withdrawal symptoms from lack of caffeine. Also after three days yours skin will start to look much clearer and have a healthy glow/shine to it. Maybe your BOOBS too

your boobs should look bigger if you loose weight , but it depends how large your natural boobs were for how much breast size you loose, mine were aa so nothing to loose weight from, as implants dont shrink when i was dieting and weight going up and down (before re-op) my boobs stayed the same size whilst my weight went up or down a stone!

In my experience, losing weight makes them smaller .... I've recently lost about 10lbs and I've gone from an f cup to an e ....... I hated that part

Well done for loosing weight, 10lbs that brilliant. It's not easy loosing weight and I constantly have to watch mine. As a woman reaches 30 then her motabilism automatically slows down so now I actually eat less food than I use to and if I'm not careful it comes back on slowly. On a detox this week getting ready for Xmas so I can enjoy the food.

I also lost 10lbs after my ba but I can honestly say that I did not loose anything from my bust wise. I am naturally small ribbed and have no weight top half that is why I had to have unders as my chest measurement was 30e (but I usually buy 32dd as I can't find bras in that size) after ba and after loosing weight they stayed the same (my daughter is a 27C and she is 14).

Regarding them looking bigger xxsarahxx6 after loosing weight they did seem to look bigger in my gym tops but maybe that was as my stomach had toned up and reduced plus my arms toned and slimmer gave the impression that my boobs looked bigger. So I would say yes if you do loose weight (enough) and reduce arms and stomach then your boobs will look bigger.

the swellings gone down now, well settling all done i think, am not as slim as u tho so am quite a chunky 12ish so im guessing that 755 will have a better effect and look lot bigger on someone most probably like urself will look big aswell as nattie hers do look big but think i need a smaller frame to get em look big, i just seem to swallow them up lol, can i see your pics again nattie please?. if not i think 1000g here i come lol but i think yes it is addictive and some people can never be satified lol. when are you getting yours done again libby? also think im looking for something thats not there which is projection as the bigger the implant just seem to be bigger by width and not as much projection i had high last time and now have extra high so even if i did have even bigger it would be mostly width i would gain and they are rather wide now so wouldnt want em wider just wish they did projection more like 10cm plus would do me haha but there isnt such a implant like.

Hi,im booked for Feb,unless i get impatient and bring it forward.I was shocked when my surgeon said 800-900g at first but i can see how he is talking sense now.He did say though that the implants he would use wouldnt be much wider just have alot more projection,as im narrow and the ones ive got now are wide enough with only a finger gap inbetween naked.I must say when i last saw your pics they looked bloody amazing! are you sure you want bigger?! x

i luv jordans new smaller boobs i realised after seeing hers i really didnt wanna go any bigger im so petite and i didnt wanna have sagging and backache with having such a small frame but i bet u can carry your huge implants really well could i see them pls?dont think i had peep yet

i only had 410 and mine look big think thats what happens when u have re op u want even bigger glad i decided not to fall into that trap now at 1 year op im 32f im sure your fluff and gt bigger just need paticencex

yeah i have done see the point of spoiling what i already got great clevae their pert round full really stick out and i luv the roundness i get at the top with bras with much biger implants i would lose that due to the heaviness i lu jordans new smaller boobs that really made me realise i didnt wanna be any bigger when i struggle to find 32f bras

before i had my ba i lost about 3 stone (over a yr) and i lost a lot of that weight from my boobs.
i spose it depend if you had boobs before your ba, i was a saggy 34 b before my op and i'd be worried that if i lost weight now i'd lose off my boobs again???
i did read on here a while ago also that you shouldn't lose too much weight after a ba as the implant size shape etc were right for the weight/size/shape you were when you had them, if you change your body shape too much after, the implants that were right for you before might not be right after...

i'm trying to lose 7lbs at the moment to make my boobs look bigger!!! Would love to hear if anyone else has done this.

I was 8st4 when i had my op, 285cc overs. I seemed to have abit of a growth spurt last xmas, i went from 32e to 32f, i wasnt sure if it was the implants finally settleing in or just the lager and chocolate diet i was on over xmas lol, i had ripples under each boob that disapeared at the same time too.
I used to go to the gym 5 times a week, then the beginning of this year i started to get bored with it, gradually i stopped going, i thought id be ok weightwise coz i take them lyposynol fat blockers. Im only 5ft2, any weight i put on goes on my bum, thighs etc, i started to feel real untidy, no energy so that was it, back to the gym, weightwatchers meals! 7 weeks ago i was 8st9, my trainer didnt want me doing much cardio, he said to do a weights programe, soon as his back was turned though i started cardio coz you can see the calories coming off. I got weighed last week, 8st4, i deffinately feel and look abit thinner,my arms are really toned but im sure my boobs are smaller, my bras still fit but im obsessed with them shrinking! My ribs are showing so is my breast bone, im sure iv lost some fullness though, to me they just look smaller, no ripples have come back though, my skin isnt sagging or anything, to be honest they look abit stuck on. Iv stopped the diet and im not doing any chest exercises and it will soon be the xmas diet time again lol!
Sorry for waffling but my experience, yes i think they do alter, shape and size. xx
