Hi evry1!!! plz help nearly 3 months post op!!!! 340 unders

i avnt been on here for a while but mine still egt quite uncomfortable and achy i had 340 unders and sometimes the scars ache mainly on my right one and i get a dull achy feeling in them aswell. also if i wear a push up bra they hurt a bit down the cleavage on the muscle

has any1 else had this and is it normal???

Had 350cc unders

It's been 9 months and the left one is still achy on occasions.
A push up bra pushes the boobs hard into the cleavage so it's bound to ache.
Would leave the push up bra for special occasions - unders can take a year to fully settle - but that's GOOD as they're getting better all the time!
