Hi anyone had barbara lutz as a surgeon for ba. thinking of booking op with her but obviously would like any info from anyone before i do ??

Hi, I am booked with Barbara Lutz for 17th october and i found her advice great. She wont put anything in that she thinks will look wrong on you and i have heard so much good stuff about her, she made me feel very relaxed about my surgery. Will let u know how i get on!

I dont want to go massive as im 5"7 and a size 8 with very small a cups so dont want to look top heavy??

I dont want massive boobs either as im very small too, 5"6 size6-8 and 32 a. I did agree on 230's because she said she was not sure about puttin the 260's in as she may have to put them under the muscle and i did not wan this but now i am thinking differntly as a lot of the girls say this is not that big and maybe i should go for the bigger size so im going to ask her if she can to take the 2 size implants in to surgery and if she can fit the 260s in without too much stretchin of the skin then definately go for that, if not ill be happy with the 230s! im excited now!

I am booked in with Barbara for the 3rd Oct for a BA. I have seen a few surgeons, and found she gave the best advice. My first surgeon told me I could have 525cc, i wanted big and was pleased I could get them !! At first I was happy, then having seen a friend of mine who now has 1000cc (it has taken 3 BA's to get them that big !) hers are like the size of a head and I realised I didnt want them to even be half that size. I then booked in to see another surgeon (Barbara) and she said if I had gone for that size I would have ended up with stretch marks and even split scars. Im glad I saw her - she is very nice and gives good, clear advice on what you are looking for. Im glad I went back and am now booked in with her !!

BASICALLY SHE IS BRILLIANT. STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND NO NONSENSE. SHE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A SIZE THAT SHE THINKS IS NOT IDEAL FOR YOU. YOU HAVE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR OP, NOT THAT YOU WLL NEED IT. I HAD BARBARA LUTZ AND AM NOW 8 WEEKS P/O AND FEELING BETTER DAY BY DAY, CAN,T WAIT TO WEAR NORMAL BRA,S THOUGH THESE SPORTS BRA'S ARE A KILLER X

Have any of you out there had an uplift with Dr.Lutz. I am scheduled to see her in the next 2 weeks for a consultation and looking to operate soon after. I'm a D cup naturally but they are not pointing in the right direction anymore, the great sag is taking over... I dream of being able to wear a vest with no bra or at least a pretty one!. Would be great to hear from someone who has had this surgery with her.

Im 4 days post op with Barbara Lutz ba at Holly House, from the post ops iv read everyone was strapped up im only in a bra, has this happened to anyone else, can you put my mind at rest. Also I was a 36a had 410cc placed over will they shrink much.

I met Dr Lutz 2 weeks ago and was totally impressed, I saw her about having a tummy tuck and was pleased with her comments, I am booking for January, I am usually right on first impressions and found nothing that concerned me.
I have been researching about my surgery for the last 12 months and she put me right at ease, I even checked her out with the GMC, and its all good.

i had ba by ms lutz at the highgate clinic in london on feb 14th.
I would def recommend her to anyone. I loved her straight talking no nonsense attitude. I love my new boobs!!! they looked so natural even straight after surgery.
Unlike other surgeons she only puts implants in that suit your shape and size. I am very petite and she would only put in small implants as there is less risk of complication.Gone from a AA cup to a C cup.

I had a ba by dr Lutz last week, quite agree what a great lady she is and her no nonsense attitude, what i would like to know is did you go a lot smaller after your swelling had gone down. My left breast has shrunk dramatically than my right and am really really worried, my left does not look as though it has anything there again, whereas my right is a lovely shape. I had my surgery about the same time as you. Mine do not have appeared to have changed shape get. They are still pretty sore especially the left one. It makes popping noises. I am seeing my nurse on Thursday to get checked.

How much has your left one shrunk? Were yours overs or unders and what size have you gone?

Of course you would recommend Barbara Lutz to anyone. The reason being that you, kelly1348, probably ARE Barbara Lutz! The "no nonsense attitude" are probably your own words, representing this (probably) German plastic surgeon's condescending attitude towards patients and women patients in particular. The allegation that all other surgeons except Barbara Lutz are willing to use implants that wouldn't suit the patient's shape and size, is nothing short of a breathtaking attack on the entire society of clever and experienced plastic surgeons in this country! No patient would ever come up with such a statement, unless instructed by you/her. They wouldn't be able to compare unless they had seen lots and lots of other plastic surgeons before you, which they obviously haven't. I used to work with a plastic surgeon in London who always paid the most thorough attention to the patients' needs, hopes and wishes. The decision would always be taken in close cooperation with the patient, and she would never ever recommend an implant that wouldn't suit the patient's shape and size! She would always try her best to meet the patients' hopes and wishes. I have no reason to believe that any other experienced plastic surgeons in this country wouldn't try to do the same thing. I may be wrong that Ms Lutz is the author of this message. But I think I'm right.

Sorry but you are not right. I had my ba done with Dr Lutz at their north london clinic on 28th August 2007 after spending months choosing the right surgeon. I totally agree with the comments made by Kelly she will only use implants to suit your size and shape and will tell you if what you are hoping for is not realistically achievable. Yet another satisfied patient of Dr Barbara Lutz and i look forward to seeing her again at my 3 month check up in November. I would recommend her to anyone.

I agree with you, I had my BA in feb with Dr Lutz and im really pleased with the result and I im happy that she was my surgeon.

Having surgery 22 april and im starting to get really worried and nervous. I felt more calm to hear that you are happy with Dr Lutz as shes my surgeon aswell. Im an AA cup at the moment and she reccomended 190cc and that 230cc was borderline. What size did you use? Im a bit confused what size to choose. What did you think about the hospital and aftercare? Sorry about all the questions but I dont know anyone who has had surgery. How did you feel afterwards?
