Half behind the muscle half over the muscle??????

ok so i went for my consultation today and its given me lots to think about. because i have slightly tubular breasts he wants to take me to 410cc which is fine by me because i wanted big (im 5'9 36a 11st). he sais that theres a newish method of placing the implant half behind the muscle and half infront which would probably benefit my overall breast shape. i said i was concerned as he said this is a newish procedure and dont want to be a guinee pig. he said hes performed over 60 and the results are great. hmmmmmm, has anyone else had / heard of this???? thanks xx

i went for my screening thursday and nurse explained to me that i was having half behind and half under and i thought i was having just unders, i dont understand it all so just beleave its normal and plenty ov girls hav had it too, im still decidein on the 340 or 380, i was about to ask the ladies on here the same question coz im confused too lol xxx

i had behind the muscle and half over the muscle 4 weeks ago now, i didnt or shud i say wasnt aware this was new!!! but it was fine and i didnt even have pain reali!! so dont b worried am sure it will b fine and seems many girls on here have it x carly

I had partials too as i was quite thin and boney on the chest area( only part of me that is lol!) My surgeon teaches this procedure he said it would avoid me getting the victoria beckham look and gives you a nice slope rather than implants jutting out of your chest. Hiya, this proceedure is normally known as "partials" or some people referr to them as "unders" - not new as far as I was aware? It's been around for years, for some breasts it can give a more natrual slope to the breast. It's a more painfull and evasive surgery but lesser risks of some complications. Not everyone can have them, lots of girls have completely over the muscle and that can look just as natrual and vice versus!

thanks gem it was with Dr Percival on behalf of Surgicare. hes on extreme makeover and very experinced ( i have googled him ) and he knows what hes talking about. its just left me abit ???? because hes given me so many options and stuff to think about. not sure if i want half over half under, i want under, but he seems to think partials would be best, dont know if i should just go with what he says. got another consultation with mr singh @ transform so will see what he has to say too xxx

"They" say unders are more painfull. I had partials and really...hmm more like uncomfortable than painfull. And they look nice..
