Bad ripperlin wen i lay on side ???????

i'm 10 months post op and wen i lay on ma side i get bad ripperling its really annouyin coz i try to sleep but i keep feelin it i dont know if its normall so i end up sleepin on ma bac which is horrible . wen i stand up i a noticed a small dent on ma right boob, i fink it has gone now but it wer there or bout a day
shud i just igorer it?

Ripples

If you are slim ripples can be more noticable & especially if you had overs.

I had 340 overs & have got some rippling. I can feel it if i lay down or bend forward & sometimes i can feel it by my cleavage if i'm not wearing a bra. Sometmes it's visable but not often. There isn't really anything you can do about it. I was more bothered when i first noticed it but i'm fine about it now, they still look loads better than b4 my ba
