Advice needed on possible rupture

I had my BA through Transform back in Oct 08. My PS was Mr Lahoud & i had 340 mhp overs taking me from a 34a to a 34d. All has been great so far,can feel a few ripples but nothing major & so far i have been very happy.

A couple of nghts ago i was checking round my breasts & whilst feeling my right 1 near the top with my arm up i could feel like a lump. I know it's the implant & nothing else by the way it feels whe you press it. I know also it's not the edge of the implant because i can feel that too. The lump is about 1/2 inch & i can only feel it if my arm is up,i can't feel it when my arm is down. I have no pain but what i am worried about is that i ay have a small rupture?

Any advice from anyone who has had a rupture or been back to see someone about a possible rupture would be greatly appreciated.
