right! i had my cunsulation last night and they suggested 340cc overs (apparenlty morer natural i thought it was the other way around)

this is my dilema

do i

go for the 340cc and hope that i dont think its too small

OR

ask to see if he will try for a 380cc and hope i dont think they are too big (if that could happen)

i just dont want to wake up and think god i should of gone bigger

I think if you have 340 overs you will be a large D cup if you have 380 overs you will be at least a DD/E cup. Depends really what size you go for but remember if you do go bigger than a D cup it is alot harder to get bras (in places like Next, Tesco, Primark etc) and may have to resort to places like La Senza and pay alot more.

If you were having unders I'd say 380 but I reckon 340 overs will be plenty if you want to be a full D cup. I had 335hp overs and I'm a large D cup they look natural and I can buy bras anywhere

I don't think 380cc will be too big. I am the same stats as you (except I was a 32a pre-op) and I had 375cc unders which have made me a 32dd. I do wish I had gone bigger though (that booby greed gets us all!!) I think its because implants appear smaller than real breasts - I look about a C-cup in clothes. I think its better to go for the bigger implant to avoid disappointment!

ha ha i think thats what it is, i am going through booby greed, you go from having nothing to wanting so much ha are we ever happy

i think i am going to ask him to try the 380 and if not i will then get the 340

i had 375cc unders and i sometimes wish i had gone bigger.

i wear a 30f in la senza-but honestly they dont look anywhere near as big as they sound.

as for under of over it depends which ps you go to-heard that dr nathan -think thats his name never dones unders.

i went with mr araco at thg and he said unders straight away as more natural, less chance of rippling and cc. he also told me they need replaying less often as the muscle holds them in place?

girls on here have had overs and been happy so it depends what size you start with....

my friend was 32a the same as me and had overs-she is happy with them but you can feel the implant under the skin.

I keep thinking that i'd be better to be a bit bigger that I expected than smaller especially when spending so much money. I have been worried about that too.
