Will have had my ba done 4 weeks ago on monday. I have heard from someone else that they can take about 4 weeks to settle into place but Im only a couple days off the 4 week mark and they still seem really far apart and my nipples are pointing outward.

Im sure they have moved in abit but its hard to notice the change when you see them everyday. Probably should have taken photos to monitor progress.

Im really happy with the result and my scars are healing so well, I just wondered if anyone could tell me when thiers moved into place. I have been doing my massages but not as often as I should because my nipples have been quite sore.

Would appreciate any experiences

did anyone have pointing ouwards nipples BEFORE their BA, and did it get much worse after and were your new boobs really far apart? This is something that concerns me now, Im a 32AA but quite far apart, and am looking to become a C. I am just worried that they will relly point outwards afterwards and dissappear into my armpits when Im lying down! Unless they re-position my nipples?! Help!

It's only been three weeks for me since my BA and yes, my boobs are far apart. But I was told this is what would happen by my surgeon, the implants will not make cleavage it's the bras that make the cleavage. I'm not in a bra at the moment (no bra at all for 6-8 weeks) so I haven't been able to test my cleavage yet, but I'm hoping as my boobs soften when I am given the go ahead to wear a bra my cleavage will come. I've spoken to some close friends who have "naturaly" big boobs and they all tell me they don't have cleavage either without a bra, their boobs just fall under their arms, ha, ha. I think they were showing off that they had naturally big boobs! But at least all us ladies with implants have perfect perkie boobies which don't end up by our wasit when we take our bras off! One nil to the BA ladies I say!!!!

I had my BA three years ago and my boobs are still far apart from when I've got no clothes on, but perfect with a bra or bikini with shaping. If your pre-BA boobs were not close together, and jutted out to the sides, that's the result you'll get with a BA. As soon as I had mine done, I was wearing a triangle bikini with no support and they didn't look great - no cleavage - but as soon as I started wearing push em up type bras, they looked fab.

Hi ya, well my op was 14th Dec so at least 12 wks post op - and my are still far apart its as if they havent moved, do massaging all the time, they have dropped and have settled, just a little numb way down under - think this is gonna be my final result - aaaghhh no clevage then but great looking ... lol xx

hi mellyjane! i had my BA on the 29th jan and mine are still settling they have dropped and i havent the big gap that i did before they dropped my only problem at the minute is i still havent any feeling in my nipples so il have to be patient and wait.my nipples are back to there proper position now so just need the feeling back in my nipples, im over al happy with my new bust, so just give them time to settle as us women with ba's heal at different paces, good luck shellx
