Prep for op? should i be taking arnica?

I have just over 5 weeks until my uplift and feel like I should be doing something more... xx

its so exciting isnt it... im having mine done in 5 weeks too... my surgeon told me to start taking arnica tablets 3times a day for 2 weeks before and after surgery xxx

Hey

you dont need to start taking arnica untill 1 week before your op you also need to take Effervescent vitamin C you just start thyis at the same time you start the arnica.
