Hello everyone!...

I had 300cc high profile unders with Ms Hadden (Transform, Abbey Pines) on Tuesday 21st.

I was told by my surgeon pre-op that unders do take a good while to 'look right' but i'm just sooooo worried... they're really hard (look 'stuck on') and they're sitting really high up my chest. My nipples feel really swollen and my boobies feel huge - i'm starting to get worried that they may be too big for my petite frame??!!

Also... did anyone else who had unders have to wear a 'breast band'? I have to wear one for 2 weeks and it's driving me nuts - it's really restricting my breathing and digging in under my armpits. I took it off last night when i had a shallow bath, but i put it back on quickly because i was scared that my boobies would shoot up to my chin!!

Any reassurance from you girls who have had unders would be grately appreciated.... thanks so much, Fee xxx

Hiya Fee,

I had my boobs done with Harley Street 3wks ago and i had 295cc uhp unders, i was a 32A before and im now wearing a 34D sports bra.

My boobs still feel like rocks and are quite high but i only had to wear that horrible velcro band thing for the first week.

Ive heard im supposed to be massaging them now but aint got a clue how too! lol

Take care, Debsx

Yes i know how you feel, i had my BA 21st August and was under the impression that i had to wear the dreaded breastband for 2 weeks - went to have my dressing changed etc on day 7 - only to find out no more dressings needed and best of all no more breastband - i was rather pleased as it was such a hinderance - my boobies have changed of the past ten days, they have dropped slightly - although they are still under my chin and in my armpits - they look alot better than they did although one is a different shape/size to the other - they are both healing at different rates - they'll catch up with each other - and plus i've got the boobies i wanted so i don't care lol!!

I was a 32a size 6 had 325 Very high profile unders

Hope this helps

Hi Michelle!

Thanks for your reply. I'm going tomorrow to have my stitches out (i'll be 13 days post-op) and i'm really hoping they say I dont have to wear the damn thing anymore! Also, I just cant wait to have a proper bath!

My new boobies also seem to have changed so much these last few days... they still look a bit weird, but much less so, if that makes sense?! they've dropped a lot, but from my nipples down to my scars is still completely numb?

Counting the hours now until 11am tomorrow!!

"Mine too"
Posted by alexander04 2 September  at  21:06

Mine are numb from the nipple down, scars are a bit itchy today.

One boob is bigger than the other and they both look like deformed torpedos - it's quite amusing. They are changing though - but i can't go anywhere without a cardi or zippy top on cos of the shape of my boobies - still can't wear a bra for another 2 weeks yet - happy with the size although i think these will disappear as i'm prob still swollen although i don't feel it.

Then i'll have to wait for fluffing. So they can hopefully grow again.

Getting impatient now.

Michelle xx

P.s does anyone know how much you lose when the swelling goes??
"Me too!"
Posted by tinacbr 2 September  at  22:48

Phew! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with one boob bigger than the other post-op!!

I had my BA on 17th August (just over two weeks ago) and I've been getting really worried cos one is a different size and shape to the other and it's really obvious in most tops I try. I just keep telling myself that the surgeon must know what he's doing, but I'll definitely say something if they're not the same by the time I go to see him on 21st Sept.

Glad to see you are doing well....
Its nice when you finally get to have a bath, its so frustarting not to be able to soak, well, lay down properly....
lets hope you can have it removed tomorrow, fingers crossed for ys...
I go and see ms hadden on wed, i am hoping she lets me have normal bras on then...
underneath my breasts are still numb and around my scars, one is healing quicker than the other...
I think the numbness lasts for a while and is norm...
how are your scars doing?
Are you pleased with them still??

"Hiya!"
Posted by feebee12 2 September  at  20:47

Hello Sam!
I'm glad to hear that the 'numbness' is normal - was starting to worry a bit. I'm getting more and more pleased with my new boobies everyday! They're not so pointy anymore and my nipples aren't quite so big now, but they're still not back to normal - you know how they usually go hard when you're cold?... well they dont!!? I hope they'll go back to normal with time.
I'm not sure about my scars as I've never seen them yet! My dressings are still intact, and I haven't really felt any soreness underneath so I presume that they are ok. I'm not worried about them being too big anymore either - I think they're just right for my size.
I went back to work last wednesday, and i'm on my own at home now as my boyfriend has gone back to work (he's in the army, so i'm often left home alone!
Lets hope you can go pretty bra shopping soon!! Fee x

Your nipples will soon get back to normal and when they go cold they will look cold lol, mine show through my sports bra now lol....
it must be difficult when your guy goes back to work, but lovely when he's home and he has some new additions to look forward to...lol
so glad you are doing well Fee, and good luck having the dressings off tomorrow

Hi Fee, I actually registered w/ this forum just to respond to you. I got 370 cc moderate profile unders done 2 weeks ago now in Hawaii. I was told to wear the breast band and am still wearing it. I think wearing this was worse than my first 48 hours post op! When I went back for my follow up to remove my stitches I was advised I may have to wear the band for up to 6 weeks! So just wanted to say keep positive and whenever you feel bad, think about the fact that it could be worse...you could be in them for even longer like me!!! =)
"Hawaii???!"
Posted by feebee12 2 September  at  19:03

Hello!

You're in Hawaii? you lucky thing! I cant think of a better place to relax after your surgery! Thank you so much for taking the trouble to reply.

I really sympathise with you having to wear the dreaded 'band' for up to six weeks?! that's just horrid! I'm worried now because i'm going to get my stitches out tomorrow and have presumed that they will set me free from the damn thing - but maybe not?! Although, my surgeon did originally say just two weeks so fingers crossed!

Oh well, we just have to get on with it, and remember that our new boobies will just look great as a result - 'no pain, no gain' eh?!

I hope you're having a wonderful time! Fee x
"Fine...."
Posted by rach17842 24 August  at  22:31

hi fee

they will be fine honestly!

i had 375cc unders about 9 weeks ago and when i first had them done they felt like torpedos!!!

just stuck out and looked very pointy and were also very hard.

they are getting better all the time they will soften up and look more natural, mine are still quite firm but im not reall sure how soft they will get with unders as you can feel the muscle?

i didnt have to wear breast band so i cant help with that? just do as they say! will all be over in a few weeks!!

take care

Thanks Rach...

I'll just have to be patient! I'm finding it really hard to sleep and my back is killing me - oh well, one day at a time!

Thanks for your advice, its very reassuring...

hey Fee

The way you described yours was exactly how mine were a few weeks ago after my op they do rest and come lower down your chest and a lot of it was swelling at the start even though i didnt feel swollen. I wish i had taken pictures every week to see the difference but i didnt . I didn't have to wear a breast band but my friend did and she said it was a horrible contraption that hurt her quite a bit! hope u feel better soon x

Sorry to here how uncomfortable it is for ya...
Although I had overs and can't give much advise on unders the swelling and the pointy torpedo and enlarged nipples seems to be a common issue with either and honestly this will all settle down, in the next couple of weeks. i think it takes a little longer with unders.....
It must be very uncomfy wearing the breast band, how long have you to wear it for now?

Hey Fee,

I had 310cc high profile unders on Thursday - so im 2 days post op.. i dont have to wear a breast band - im sure if i did it wud drive me nuts..im just in a sports bra..

but i can tell u have a very achey neck, shoulders and my lil torpedoes are sooo swollen and numb all most all over...i also have that stuck on look.. but we are very early days and every bit of advice Iv been given is that it can take weeks to settle down... its uncomfortable and I understand ur worries too... we are pretty much probably healing at about the same rate (well ur 2 days ahead of me)..

my pics and full story so far, are on picture trail
member = squiffle...

dont worry, we will come good..
Stay in touch

I have to wear it for 2 weeks. I've had to pad it out under my armpits so that it doesnt dig in and it really restricts my breathing. It also comes really high up my chest so it restricts what I can wear. Oh well, only a few more days of it I suppose. I started massaging this morning, as Ms Hadden instructed, so i took it off to do that which was a nice relief for a few minutes! Fee x
