Sorry i have a mind like a sieve, i have my OP on the 9th Wednesday, and I'm trying to get my stuff together already as I'm so excited! But i just want to make sure i dont forget anything... Please can anyone whos already had the experience .. you lucky things!!! Let me know what is a must have to bring in to hospital?

If it helps

I took:
Wet wipes ( as you cant shower)
Usual toiletries
3 diff size sports bras & ended up wearing the biggest!
arnica (took for a week before hand too)
camera
button up pj's
Earplugs (my room was right next to nurses station & nto quiet enough for me)
button up dress/leggings to wear home
Paracetamol/ibuprofen as didn;t want to take the co codamol they give you
(threads on here say upsets your tummy)
Take the sleeping pills they offer you ( I was given 2 so smuggled one home & was grateful for it on night 2)
V pillow at home
Lots of dvds to watch when you get home so you do NOTHING.

Also...

Ask for anti-sickness jab if you haven't had a GA before, although I have had 3 GA's before & not sick I still ask for it as have sickness phobia!!

Good luck to you both its an exciting time a good tip is to take a pillow for trip home and not tight fitting jeans as you will struggle to pull them up oh and a top that doesnt need to go over your head.Its nearly 2 months since i got my new additions and its gone soooo quick seems like yesterday i was packing my stuff xxx

Thanks, I know I am really excited at the mo I dont think my nerves will set in till the night before, though I am mainly nervous as I haven't had a GA before, and not the fond on needles haha.

Yer I have a pillow ready in the car, yer I think I will just wear my leggings and of course a button up top so not trying to get anything over my head. Aww i bet it does though i bet ur really happy with them, I cant wait to have some boobs as i am only really small xx

Im having my op on the 9th aswell in highgate. Where are you having yours???
Im having the same trouble of what and what not to pack!! I seem to have made sure the hubby and kids have got everything but as for me hahahaha i havent got a clue im just sooo nervous that everytime i look at my bag i just think o i will do it later lol

I no yer, I think i have everything just need to put in a bag but i just want to make sure i dont forget anything, I know i mean it's only for a night so obviously i wont need much.. but would be gutted if i forgot somehting..

Hmmm i think i will organise everything later tonight, i really cant wait now I have been thinking about it all weekend.

I hope everything goes ok for you, we will have to let each other know how we got on.. I'm still deciding on the size as i have been offered two different sizes... I will just be glad to have boobs!

Hey I am glad you posted this as I was just about to come on and ask the exact same question. I am on Wed as well as Abbey Riverside. Starting to think about it all now. Have been blocking it out up and till now.
