Im 14 days post op now and had my dressings removed last night.. all ok.. pics are on

However, has anyone had trouble with the amount of movement in your arms..? I cant relax mine and straighten them down the side of my body or hold them out at the sides at shoulder height without pain down my arms..?

Do u think its just that the muscle needs to stretch..? I suppose all the muscles are connected but its a bit worrying!

the pain when you raise your arm sounds normal, although i havent had it i would imagine it all is still a little swollen and needs to settle down...

Ye know the doc said I CAN go on holiday, well we thinking of goin around mid October which will make me....8 weeks post op... do u think i will be ok to go in sun and wear a bikini?
