I have been thinking about having a nose job for years and have finally got the finances to do it. The bridge is fine but I want to get the tip reshaped. Just wondering if anyone has had theirs done and can give any advice or just their experience (as ive heard that tip reshaping can be very hit and miss), or any recommendations of good surgeons/ medical centres in the UK.

Also has anyone been to South Africa to get it done - seems like there are a lot of articles on this at the moment?! Supposed to combine good medical care with a holiday!

I thought I'd reply because I had my nose reshaped, but just the bridge not the tip! I just wanted to say go for it because its brill!! Im from up North so cant help with surgeons, but defo do your research!!
