hi, nipples are usually centered between the left and right side of the implant so that your nipple is in the middle horizontally. however if nips are high or low this doesn't make such a difference and doesn't change as the base of the implant is placed where your natural crease is. hope this helps x blue x

go to my picture trail. my nipples point slightly to outwards and i found out on lookyourbestuk that the implant is placed centred to your nipple so the nipple is in the middle of the implant.... this means i will get lots of side boobage and may have a gap in between the two boobies.... im scared now i dont wana a big gap, but heard that getting bigger implants it wont be as noticable.

i was told that when you have a BA you basically get a bigger version of what you've already got. i.e if your boobies point outwards before BA then they will afterwards, just bigger. same as cleavage, if you had (or at least had the potential) one to start with then you'll have one when their done, if you didn't then you wont.

Obviously there's different shapes of implant that can create the cleavage effect, i.e low profile implants as they are wider but don't project very far. Whereas very high profile ones aren't very wide (i.e no cleavage) but looking from the side they get to the door ten minutes before you do"!!

I have exactly the same worry! Mine are the same as yours but a lot smaller, lol, im a 32AA but am also worried that they will end up far apart and basically in my armpits! Did you speak to the syrgeon about this?

So the implant is placed so the nipple is centre of the implant...not the implant is centred to the nipple? if this is the case i am no longer worried..i just dont want them centered to the nipple cos i would end up with 3 finger gap or close to, and massive tons of side boob..and i want them just like buttonboobies..xx

Did you have unders? As i was told if you have low nipples to start with and then have unders this can make them look lower!!?

hey yeh I had unders, i hoped it would raise my nipples a bit but it hasnt but it has kept them lookin natural which was what i wanted
