for those who have been sent an information pack from www.mybreast.org will know they include a list of questions to ask your surgeon.

Ive just typed it all up in a Word document as im intending to take a copy to all my consulations so i know i wont forget to ask something and so i can note down answers to make a fair comparrison.

If anyone would like a copy emiled to them then let me know.
