Hi ladies,

was jst wonderin if any of yous hav had surgery wth any of the above surgeons? any advice yous hav would b brill as i hav my BA booked on the 25th Oct wth Zaccheddu bt a little confused now as i feel i didnt hav much of a connection wth him so i hav a consultation wth Kuna at Transform 2moro.

I would recommend anyone doing to Dr Renato Zaccheddu for surgery. I had a breast enlargement done by him in 2006 and after researching for months I found him to be the best, he did work for a company which i had to go through, but he is worth it. He is a fantastic surgeon who know's what is good for his patient and not just for his wallet. I am having my second procedure sometime next year and would not go with anyone other than him.

i had BA with dr zaccheddu in january 2006. saw dr z only tice, once when he drew his 'lines' on me and once after surgery when he 'ripped' my elstoplasts off my chest. i was worried about my breasts not being large enough i went from a 34b to 36c and i am so so disappointed, when they were swollen they were wonderful, now they are not. one is hard, once is soft, on my three follow up appointments with dr. z i didn't see him once. i woudl not recomment THG to anyone. i think the saying tha i heard before my op is correct, they make them smaller so you have them done again;. my impaltns are 450cc in one and 500cc in the other to even mine out. i would love to have them dne again but unfortuntey do not have the money, look around and prctically every one who has them done goes back for bigger, just look at how many times some celebrtities have has them done. hope you ok if yu go ahed.

Having 410cc or 450cc high profile unders can't wait! Still trying to decide on size I'm 34B just now.
Mr Kuna seems like he knows his stuff!I didnt have to ask him too much questions as he told me everything I wanted to know, my mums friend works at Abbey Carrick Glen and said he's very good!

Has he only bn practising since 2005? I meant to ask tht question at my consultation on wed bt completley 4got.

tbh i was totaly happy at my consultation and even canceled wth THG straight aftr as i was so happy wth Dr Kuna and wat he advised fr me. He seemed to really know his stuff. He made me feel much more at ease thn the other surgeon Zaccheddu at THG.

Thot he had bn qualified longer thn 2005 tho.

I had my ba with dr zacc in may and I too also felt he didnt say much during the consultation, told me size and placement which he thought would suit my frame, i had wanted a bigger size but he said they would be too big on me, I am so glad i listened too him as the size I am now is perfect, he wont put them in if he thinks they are too big for your frame and likes to keep you looking as natural as possible,I think he works better in the hospital environment compared to the consultation as he was a lot more chatty before my op, My op went very smoothly with no complications. He knows what he is talking about.

Ps I also attend the glasgow clinic and they flew me down

Thanx very much fr the reply zoya, u hav put my mind at ease i hav been worrying about ths since my consultation wth him lst thur. my care co-ordiantor Fiona said she is goin to hav her surgery wth him also so tht proves he must b a good surgeon, jst felt he didnt really say much at the consultation thts all.

if u dnt mind me askin, wat size did u go fr? he recommended i hav 300cc under or 280cc ovr, thnk im goin wth the 300cc under as i hav little breast tissue and small frame.

I had 375 unders and I did not have a choice whether overs or unders as I did nit have enough tissue,and was a very empty a/b cup, I wanted 400 cc unders but he told me he would only go with 375 as he thought that was too big for me, he was right as I am now a 32E, that may sound huge but I am 5ft 9" and I think hey look more like a D cup,He will only put implants in that he thinks will suit your frame.

I've got my BA booked with Mr Kuna a week on Friday. Although I found him a bit "matter of fact" at my consultation, I know he's a good surgeon and he knows what he's talking about. Fingers crossed he works some magic on me!

Hi just had my surgery done on thursday 4th at Ayr with Transform. I was a 34/36a and had 340cc unders and I am really pleased with the size they are not too big just a nice size. I am size 8, 8.5 stone. My friend had hers done with kuna on the same day she is 34b and weighs 7.5 stone. She had 300 unders and she looks a nice size very natural looking. Obviously breasts are quite hard at moment and they have to soften which will happen soon!!!It is too early to suggest what size we will be but I would say I will be a good size c cup and my friend a d cup. So all in all we increased by 2 cup sizes just what we wanted nothing unnatural looking!

yeh iv heard som of the girls on ths forum sayn tht kuna is a good surgeon. i found zaccheddu, didnt giv me enough advise, mayb its jst me bein para bt i jst didnt feel 100% and its such a big decision. if u dnt mind me askin, wat size of cc u goin fr? im tryn to decide on sizes, was advised i either go 300cc under or 280cc ovr bt thnk i defo wana go under as i dnt hav much breast tissue, i hav a petite frame, height-5.2 and weigh 7st so dnt wnt to lk out of proportion. also wer bouts r u havin ur surgery? i liv in glasgow, heard transform do surgery in ayr?

I think I could have got more from my consultation if I'd had someone with me reminding me of all the questions I wanted to ask! I was no nervous/excited that it seemed like a bit of a blur afterwards.

I'm size 12, 5'6", with a broad chest, and 'aa' at the moment. Mr Kuna recommended 380cc unders for me to put me in proportion. I don't want them to be "big", just a better size for my body, and a nice shape. I'll decide on the size on the day with help of my boyfriend. Doubt I'll go any bigger than 380.

I'm having mine done on 12th Oct at Abbey carrick Glen (Ayr). I live in Glasgow, so it's only 30mins away really. The 12th is a Friday, and I've got a full week off work after that to recover. Looking forward to daytime tv!!

I was left feelin really confused aftr my consultation wth renato @ THG bt feel much more at ease aftr my consultation wth Kuna 2d, iv decided im havin 300cc unders as thts wat kuna recommended and i also tried the 300cc implants in a 32c bra tht i bought and they lkd gr8! nice and full! im only an empty 32a jst now hav bn wantin ths don fr so long now i cnt actually believe im goin ahead wth it. im goni b so nervous on the day of surgery. u can fill me in on how ur surgery went as its gr8 to know ur goin wth the same surgeon and hosp.
