I had my first ap with steven hamilton 2 weeks ago. He was really lovely. He suggested unders (altho he did say i could have overs if that's what i really wanted) in either 310 or 340cc and said he wouldn't be happy going any bigger.It just seems quite small compared t what a lot of girls on here have had with smaller stats than me. I'm about 5'5 91/2 stone about a size 10/12, 34bish boob (34d/c before having my son). I don't want for them to look too big/fake bt i want to have a full d cup. A friend had 300cc on 25/9 who has similar stats to me and another friend of ours saw her in the pub last week and said they really didn't look that special. (She was obviously fully clothed, but they weren't the sort of pair that you'd take a second look at and think she's got lovely boobs)

Think i'll have a chat with him at my second ap on the 16th/10. I don't want to have them done and then think that they're not big enough.... but equally surely he knows what he's talking about and wouldn't want to go to big and look fake....

Any thoughts...?

I had 375cc high profile overs 2 weeks ago, i was 34a to start with, im 5,9, 9 stone, size 10, im now 9 stone 2 and was measured yesterday in m&s as either 34dd or 32e, depending on type of bra, am happy with mine, but wouldnt of minded being a little bigger, they look huge naked but so big when clothed, but im sure when i can stop wearing sports bras they will look better . im an Acup and i aked my surgeon 2 mak me a Dcup if possible i took a bra with me 4 my consultation and he put 365cc in the bra which looked ok but my sutgeon said 385cc wud b a Dcup, hope tht helps,im having unders.my stats r 5'4 around 8stone sumtimes slighty under small frame but i liked the look of that size in my bra but im worried now that it will far 2 big for my body i dont want 2 look 'fake',i wear a Dcup bra padded 2 the max and i wudnt want 2 b smaller but im not sure if the implants wil look bigger? i had this problem. when i first went to see my ps i told him i wanted to be at least a DD-E. he looked at me as if i was stupid and told me to not be rediculous. I was a 32b 8/10 5ft6. At first i was offered 410ccunders, which i settled for. But everytime i spoke to my patient coordinator i got worried as she was saying that i should be a full D. i wasnt happy as i most definately wanted to be bigger especially as fake boobs are smaller then the real thing. On the day of my surgery when i saw my surgeon i asked to go bigger if poss. i ended up with 460hp overs. Although i originally wanted unders, i am most happy that i asked for a bigger implant size. I measure a 30f/ff which sounds big but isnt. just bare in mind that with unders some of the implant size will be lost

Very similar stats im 5ft 2ish was 8st 10/12 now 9st size 10/12. I had 335cc round mod overs now 34dd/e 6months post op, my pics are on picturetrail if you want a look x

I was a very flat 32 b, had 325cc unders 6 weeks ago, now measuring a full 32dd.

Implants look smaller than real boobies, plus it's early days for your friend yet as they've still got to settle and fluff,

Put it this way i'm a bra size bigger than i was 2 weeks ago.

Hope this helps, my stats are smaller than yours to start with but i know there's plenty of women on here with the same, who had bigger implants than me and bigger boobies to start off with.

They'll be able to tell you what they had.

Just wondering if there is anyone out there who is roughly same stats as me. I'm 5'8", a size 10-12 and a 34/36aa (on a good day!). I'm really confused as to what size I'd end up with all the different options of implant out there. I'd like to end up about a 34 c or maybe d and I like the look of hp implants- anyone out there have any idea what cc I would be looking at to get that size boobies?

Have you every tried those real/fake quizzes you can get on the internet? I think everyone has a different oponion as to what is real or fake. The surgeon will tell you what in his opinion he feels is right. I had Mr Hamilton and if I had the sizes he suggested I think they would have been perfect but I went a little bit bigger by a few ccs.I'm now a 30E in a lacy bra or 30F in a t-shirt bra, and I had 205 hp! I can only laugh at the thought of me having 350-400cc. We are all different. If you saw Mr Hamilton through Mybreast, you can call them and ask for a second opinion with another surgeon at no extra cost, I believe.
