Hi everyone,

Was just wondering to whoever has had a BA under how long it can take for your muscles to stop hurting so much. When you can actually give your fella a cuddle without it hurting or getting up in the morning without you yelping with muscle cramp. Its only been 2 weeks for me but im hoping this wont last for months...

Can anyone tell me of their experience.

Hi had BA under with nipple correction 3 weeks ago and is feeling ok. my first two weeks where quite bad. so just give it another week and you should be fine. my nerve endings are still causing shooting pains at times so took some more painkillers today as I'm back to work.Gutted I've loved the time at home watching all my favorite tv programs. j x

Hi ya, I had mine done on the 14th March so just over two weeks ago and had 'unders' too. My muscles are still giving me twinges like when I try to lift my arms straight up over my head, but apart from that the feeling like i've been weight lifting two times my body weight has decreased so much. The only real pain i'm having now is the wound itself, but I think that's because the numbness is wearing off and the nerve endings are coming back to life!!!! Mind you getting up in the morning can still be slightly painful for me as the muscles have not been used whilst i've been sleeping and have relaxed during the night, so is a bit of a shock to the system when they have to be used again in the morning, but your pain will fade quicker than you think even though at the moment I bet it feels like the pain is never going to go.

As you already know everyone is different. Mine stopped hurtings loads about 3-4 weeks after. Been giving hugs since then and it feels like theres something getting in the way of the closeness, kinda like two tangerines have been placed between the hug and are being squashed.
As for cuddles in bed, had the 3times over the last week and im still waking every half hour to get comfortable. In bed alone i sleep straight through with a dull ache in the morning. Had BA unders and mastopexy 5 1/2 weeks ago
