i was wondering if anyone could help me. im looking to get my boobs enlarged as they seem to have walked out on me somewhat!!!! i was hoping to get it done transumbilically and wondered if anyone here had had it done and if you knew of anyone in the uk who does this procedure as im finding it hard to find a surgeon!!!!

You won't find one in the uk.

It is a very painful procedure and only done with saline because he implants are put in empty and then filled.

My surgeon told me that no one in England does them because its hard to find a surgeon who does saline, and vice versa, you will rarely find a surgeon in america who will do silicone implants.

wow - i didn't realise britian didn't deal so much in saline! i knew it would be hard but not that hard! really - there's no one anywhere in britain that offers tuba?
