Hi,

I wondered the same thing, i waited till I saw my surgeon at my 7 week post op. appointment and he said I could have a sauna and do anything I want to now, even wear and underwired bra. Hope this helps, but as all surgeons say different things I would ask yours. I had Mr Keramidas from The Harley Medical Group. Could you let me know what yours says please if you don't mind.

Thanks,

Lexy x

Not sure about this one, but id have thought because of the risk with infection it would be the same as a pool, ie swimming, id say 4 to 6 weeks, my ps said 4 weeks for swimming/ getting in a pool x
