hi mary

I had my op last week, it was with Mr Stratton, and i thought not only was he great but all the staff from the very beginning have been fab.
I had my op at bromsgrove it was lovely and clean the rooms were nice and the staff were in and out checking if i were ok before and after the op.
I cant tell you about the food because i really wasnt up for eating.

One week on and everything is great no problems.

All i can say is there is going to be horror stories, and unfortunately we remember them far more than the good ones. All i know is that the surgeons at thg are not allowed to work for any other company, so it surely means they know their surgeons really well they knw exactly how many ops have gone well or not so well with each surgeon.

Go with whomever makes you comfortable, and find out as much about him as you can.

Please be very cautious about booking with this company. I had an operation to remove excess skin from my eyes with them nearly a year ago and have been left with dreadful scarring and a disfigured eye. The hospital looks very nice but take food with you because all you'll get is floppy toast and that's if you are lucky enough to get anything. They don't appear to have a proper kitchen with a cook or chef. Aftercare is non-existent. My advice is to book your operation with an independent surgeon, not one attached to a large company. An independent has no hiding place. If his work is not good, he will not work. He lives by his own reputation, not that of the company he works for. The independent surgeon who gave me a second opinion said that the work that had been done on my face was very very poor. I am now taking legal action against the Hospital Group.
I hope you get what you hope for. Just be careful. Good Luck. x

Hi, I had fat removed from my lower eyelids on 5th September this year and like you, I am not completely happy, there is no scarring but the lumps under my eyes now are bigger than the fat was before. I made an early appt. to see my surgeon, Renato Zacchadu, but he says it is internal stitches which will disolve over time. I also had lipo under my chin as part of my facelift and the scarring and lumps and bumps under there are awful. Once again I was told it would go in time, but I would like a second opinion, any ideas where I should go for that. I hope you get on ok with your proceedings, I paid for 3 years after care but from the messages on these pages, that will be worthless. good luck

I went with THG and had Mr.Seno as my surgeon and i really couldnt be happier!!! The hospital at bromsgrove is amazing and the staff are really friendly. I had a consultation with Transform and found them to be really un caring, THG were quite the opposite!!
Just a quick question... Are you from Derby, cus i am too! I went to the Nottingham clinic for all my appointments.
And if u want to look at my pics just PM me, so u can get an idea of his work, hehe.

I 2 went fr a consultation wth THG but jst didnt feel comfortable wth the surgeon ' Renato Zaccheddu ' and i also felt really pressured by the patient co-ordinator into bookin so i did bt soon regretted as i went fr a consultation wth Transform - Dr Kuna and aftr my consultation wth him i soon cancelled wth THG and i am still waitin for my 500 deposit back and tht was the 29th Sep! they told me it would b refunded within 2wks bt yet i am still waitin on it! im goni phone thm jst now actually!

Goodluck wth the decision makin.

Go wth whoever u feel comforatable wth. I felt totally at ease and non pressured wth Transform.

hi,
me and a friend went with hospital group and had mr seno we thought he was brilliant im really pleased with my boobs he listened to what i wanted i really didnt want the stuck on fake look i wanted the natural look which he gave me. I would really recomend THG as would my friend, ive had surgery with transform who were awful and wouldnt let them near me again! and ive been with harley medical group who were good but expensive have no complaints about them.
Feel free to ask anymore questions

Try Mybreast they have no one bad feedback remark about them it was set up by plastic surgeons that specialise in this field. I am having my BA on the 23/11 with dr hamiton he is amazing so lovely and he also does reconstruction breast surgery is on the BAAPS and GMC register. I have spoken to serveral people who have had their surgery with him and seen pics and they all look amazing. They have brilliant aftercare and really are the best out there.

"Big risk?"

Hi Natalia....just wondering who you meant when you said that you'd be taking a big risk if you went with them? Was it the Hospital Group?

Thanks,
Natalie

Not the same surgeon but I had my boobs done on friday by Mr Straten, with The Hospital Group at The Dolan Park hospital Bromsgrove.
All I can say is that from my experience so far I would most definitely recommend Mr Straten, The hospital group and Bromsgrove.
Yes..there may be people who have had bad experiences but that is the same for all companies/surgeons etc I have read good and bad reports about loads of different places. You just have to trust your own instincts. I did and this so called appalling company 'The Hospital Group' was absolutely fantastic for me and I couldn't have wished for anything better.

Posted by missbrum 26 October  at  19:25

Hi
Just wanted to say i phoned up to get finance from a medical finance company that harley and sugicare use and i asked if they provide 0% finance for the hospital group as well. and he said "no we dont deal with them for a VERY good reason."
Basically the finance company cant condone THG and he told me to stick with the other two names i mentioned!!
