yeah i started using it a few weeks after when the incisions had all healed and i'd had my checks with the nurse.
my understanding is to massage your boobs down and towards each other (to prevent cc) and massage bio oil into the scar as well as its meant to make them fade. am just massaging scars now tho as bio oil made me spotty!
also rosehip oil is meant to be good for scars

Hi Mary
I would also be interested in the replies to your questions and also if people think using the bio oil has made any difference

I'm using bio oil to prevent stretchmarks. Started massaging it on my boobs 2 weeks prior to surgery, and 2 weeks after surgery I continued and now do it pretty much every day.
I don't put anything on my scars as my surgeon recommended me not to.
If in a few months still look visible I might try putting some on the scars, but if not I won't bother.
