Hi I had unders on 31 March, i was 34a and had implants 325cc which take me to a 34c/d when they are settled. Everyone who has seen them says They are looking just like natural and unless they were told they would not think i had a BA. I never found them that painful it is an uncomfortable annoying sort of feeling, but everyone is different. I am really pleased with them,
Hope this helps

Whole thread for the following message:

Hi there, I am a 34A and have recently had 2 consultations. I want to go to about a 34C or 34D. One surgeon (Paul Banwell) insisted on unders and the other (Simon Allan) insisted on overs! I am now really confused! I hear that if you have unders they are more painful and each time you use the muscle your boob goes into a strange shape - is that right? I do a lot of exercise and don't want my boobs to get in the way of the muscle. On the other hand I am worried overs won't look very natural as I don't have a huge amount of breast tissue, although the surgeon insists that they would look perfectly natural!
Would love to hear from anyone who's had experience of either method and let me know their thoughts...

i had this with my ps in the end he said overs would give me the best cosmetic result because he thought i may get double bubble if went for unders altough i am at risk of rippling so unders may have reduced this risk slightly but would have left me open for double bubble tough call but chose smaller cc to reduce risk of rippling hope this helps

it is where you have slight sag be4 and you get it under the muscle and the implant is higher than the normal breast tissue giving the image of a double breast know it sounds strange search the web for a few pics i had to cos i didnt have a clue

I had unders yesterday,it is very painful, and i go to the gym 4/5 times a week,i just wont be doing my chest much,to be honest i was only doing my chest to try and lift it a bit,so i will continue to do everything else not for a few weeks though!, yes unders are supposed to look more natural, there is less chance of capsular construction, and stretch marks, due to less sagging but hey the proof is in the pudding!!. i will keep you updated! good luck either way! take care! shani xx

Hi ya!
How are you doing?
I just wanted your opinon with regards to the topic above.
I am still awaiting a consult/second opinion, but in the meantime you maybe able to help.
I have always thought I'd go with overs. As (although I have no children) I suffer from the sag. I hoped they (overs) would give me a fuller, firmer, rounded appearance.
However, research has lead me to believe that unders would be a better option in terms of less risk of CC, easy mammogram screening and a more natural look and feel.
However, my concern is that as I suffer from the sag, the puppies will sag more with unders?
I would be grateful of your opinion on this.
Ps: Congratulations, hope you are recovering well x

They say they do look more natural, to be honest your ps will advise you best, i had enough breast tissue to have overs to look natural, personally i dont like the idea of under the muscle... Im on another forum with American ladies and they all tend to go for unders, there experiences seems to be when doing exercise or housework etc, they breasts flex's like how men flex(body builders)
Mmm i done like the sound of that
